Spacious apartment, equipped with two large furnished outdoor terraces and covered garage, in an area refreshed by the breeze that descends from the Grigne Massif. The apartment is located in a residential area just outside the center, a good solution if you are traveling by car, thanks to the large covered garage and an excellent base for discovering Mandello, famous for its shady lakefront and its public gardens, as well as for its strong vocation linked to the lake, the mountains and the history of Italian motorcycling, represented by the famous Moto Guzzi Museum. The location is also ideal for exploring the towns of Lake Como, such as Varenna, Bellano and Bellagio, easily accessible thanks to an efficient network of trains , boats and buses.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a residential building in excellent condition. The entrance opens onto a large living area with fireplace, furnished with two sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed, dining table and television. From here there is direct access to the large main terrace. On the right is the fully equipped kitchen, with access to the second small terrace, with a view of the Grigne group. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom.
The rooms have been designed to ensure maximum comfort: quality mattresses, Wi-Fi connection, kitchen with oven, stove, kettle, dishes and utensils. The equipment includes an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and a private garage available .
Upon arrival you will find the house ready with sheets and towels for all guests, as well as a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, washing machine capsules, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper.

Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
