Surrounded by a well-maintained extensive garden, the house develops on a single level and welcomes guests in bright, refined spaces rich in details. The living area opens with a modern fully equipped kitchen — with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and everything needed to feel right at home — perfect for leisurely breakfasts or dinners with a lake view.



The living area offers two elegant lounges with comfortable sofas and TVs, one of which is enhanced by a large convivial dining table. From both rooms you can access two delightful panoramic terraces: perfect corners for sipping a glass of wine at sunset, enchanted by the open view over the lake, mountains and surrounding greenery.



The sleeping area features two welcoming and quiet double bedrooms, designed to ensure relaxation and privacy, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower.



The interiors combine a modern and essential style with classic and refined details, creating a warm, authentic and timeless atmosphere. Large windows and light tones bring natural brightness to every room, whilst attention to detail makes every stay pleasant and relaxing.
