"L’accueil a été très mauvais . Dans un premier temps la personne de la réception a voulu nous “ faire croire” qu’il n’avait pas de réservation au nom de Christine Dumont il a recherché sur son ordinateur et mon nom figurait bien mais il n’a pas immédiatement reconnu que la resa était bien faite Ensuite je lui ai expliqué que j’avais réservé et payé pour 2 nuits mais que je ne resterai malheureusement qu’une seule nuit car je devais précipiter mon retour en France ( mon père est hospitalisé...
