Lots of consruction outside. Difficult getting in and out. Property and staff was wonderful. Only frustration; the web site and on travel apps say that there is free transportation to the air port between 10 am and 9 pm at scheduled times " and on request". The last part is not true. I requested and was told they won't or can't. If that is true it should not say, " upon request because they will not honer that statement.

My stay was great, from airport pick up to the actual stay! All staff were accommodating, on time, and just over all great! Free breakfast buffet and a welcome drink was perfect!!!!! There’s a restaurant in the hotel and it was good and prices were very affordable.

I didn't want to like this hotel once I learned the airport shuttle wasn't available to me at 5:30am and I wouldn't be able to enjoy the free breakfast. But the room was very clean and comfortable. The shower and deep bathtub was glorious. The 6th floor smoking area was incredible. I really enjoyed the 12 hours I stayed here and will have to return for a longer stay to enjoy the breakfast and shuttle service. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Did not like the hotel policy with no visitors allowed even if they only want to see the room to have an idea/feel of it for a future stay. Had to make a deposit to use an iron/ironing board and had to pick it up by ourselves at the desk. Staff were friendly but could not go above & beyond as they are limited with the hotels policy.

The biggest draw is their breakfast menu and the staff were wonderful. The facility is clean, the beds were comfortable and added bonus is the availability of a self service laundry.

Budget for sure
Very friendly staff but very rigid rules! Check in 4 pm check out 10am. Breakfast was not at all good for a westerner and the coffee was awful. The bar in the evening I used it once . Was very slow and I understand why it is so quiet . Tv just wouldn’t work in the room, couldn’t be bothered to complain and the WiFi was not so good .

Thank you to all the staff of Toyoko inn hotel.Me and my husband are really satisfied of our 17 days overnight stayed in the hotel the room is very cleaned all the staff is very friendly and very greetful 🙂 only .I have a little bit comment in the shower the water is not really hot😊 Since my husband really love the hot water for shower and also no cabinet for the swimming pool is closed 😊 But we really satisfied the good service. God bless Toyoko inn and more power🤗🤗

There’s a damn prison camp you cannot invite any friends or family to your room is their policy I came to visit my family and I had to tell my family. Oh you can’t come up because they won’t let you up is my room I’m running it.
