Restaurant à fuir ! Hôtel correct.
Les chambres sont simples mais correctes. On sent néanmoins que l'hôtel a souffert de la très forte baisse du tourisme ces 3 dernières années. L'hôtel est vieillissant et semble mal entretenu. En revanche, nous avons été extrêmement déçus par le restaurant de l'hôtel. Fatigués après une grosse journée de visites de Mandalay, nous avons choisi de dîner à l'hôtel. Le repas était correct, sans plus. Au moment de l'addition, nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de constater que la note faisait le double du prix par rapport aux tarifs indiqués sur la carte. Lorsque nous avons demandé des explications, le personnel nous a péniblement expliqué dans un très mauvais anglais qu'il s'agissait du prix pour les touristes. A noter que le birman qui était avec nous payait aussi ce fameux "tourist price" ! Nous avons trouvé cette pratique scandaleuse !! Nous ne recommandons donc pas du tout le restaurant de l'hôtel.

Early morning gold hammering will wake you at 6am
Nice hotel and nice staff. Right in the gold leaf workshop district and the gold hammering was clearly heard in a room starting at 6am, but it’t super loud and it does have a nice rhythm to it so it did not stop us going back to sleep. So don’t let put you off just be aware Roof bar is nice for a sunset drink but we didn't find the breakfast good value for money. Not many food options near the hotel but tuktuks are an easy option.

Cleaning was poor. Shower is in bathroom with no separation so entire floor floods and is wet. Of setting that the staff were extremely nice.

The room and corridors are clean. Very cozy bed. Though we booked the standard room, the hotel offered Superior room on arrival for some reason without additional cost. Staff are very friendly and supportive. They speak English well too. Overall, expectations met the reality. very cost-effective stay. Definitely will come again.

First night, Wifi was not working and I had to complain (i had work to get done with large files), but staffs took it sincerely, and with professional manner explained the situation, and swiftly solved the problem on the next day. It was a good experience.

I stayed there for 9 days. Room type is suite room. There is not open window, room need airconditionet for 24 hours, air quality and room service of room were little bad. Overall It is still a good 3 stars hotel in Mandalay.

Fantastic place to stay with super helpful staff!
A very great hotel with a fantastic staff always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all that you will need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was sufficient (buffet), varied and delicious. They found us a taxi to take us around the city and then to Bagan. Great place to stay!

Great value for the money
The hotel offers great value for the money. The room was spacious. We initially had a quite noisy room at floor 5 but once we complained, the staff helped us and we moved to floor 10. Wifi was excellent! Breakfast is served at the rooftop and there is a wide choice. The staff is so nice and polite!

Wonderful new hotel in Mandalay
I came in on the overnight bus from Yangon, arriving to the hotel at 6:00 AM. I thought I would have to hang around until the afternoon to check in but they got me to my room right away. This hotel is so new I think I may have been the first one to stay in the room. You could still smell the fresh paint. The bed was great, it has a nice long desk for working (I had one of the corner rooms). It had a lovely bathroom with a tub and several shower head options. The staff were eager to help in every way they could. The internet was fast enough to watch Netflix. The breakfast buffet had some Western options. It may not be the closest hotel to the main attractions of Mandalay, but that is what taxis are for. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that cater to Western tastes. Check out Nova Cafe for a very nice menu and atmosphere. Diamond Plaza is close by. Oh yes, the security was good. Key card controlled elevators, security cameras. Good locks.

満足のホテルです!
とにかく、フロントもレストランもスタッフがとても親切!笑顔!お部屋もとても清潔でした。デラックスルームで予約したら、バスタブ付きのお部屋になりました。 夜は、11 階のレストランで食事しましたが安くて美味しかったです。 また是非訪れたいです!

Un staff hotelier simplement memorable
Un bon choix parmi j imagine pas mal d autres. Le personnel est au petit soin malgré la barrière de la langue. Un roof top avec vue sur la ville d ou vous prendrez votre petit dejeuner. Central avec pas mal de choix de restauration à proximité. Les trottoirs ne sont malheureusement pas a favoriser des balades à pied à mandalay.

たまたま団体の中国人観光客がいたが、多分どこのホテルも中国人だらけだと思うので気にしないが、スタッフは英語、中国語堪能でとても優秀かつフレンドリーで良かった

值得推薦
整體還算不錯,有合理的價位與乾淨新穎的裝潢。酒店服務也很到位。整體來說是滿意的。不過仍有改善的空間。例如晚上睡眠會聽到廁所傳來的水流聲,有些干擾睡眠。入住後要等員工掃描完護照才會拿到客房給住客。
