Das Hotel allgemein war gut. Das Ambiente ist in einem alten Stiel gehalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man hatte sehr viel Auswahl. Nur das Zimmer ist sehr klein.

If old charm is your thing, this is what you will love. The rooms are small and nothing fancy. The lobby area is roomy for sitting and eating. There is a wonderful outdoor patio. The staff was wonderful. It is also a restaurant and besides the breakfast (that is included), dining for dinner is an option (not included). Great location to walk to the City Center.

Schönes Hotel mit dem Charme des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. Wer sowas mag, ist hier richtig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber aber etwas klein. Die Toilettenspülung im Bad ist eine Vakuumspülung wie im Flugzeug. Je nachdem, wie viele Leute im Haus in kurzem Zeitraum spülen, kann es nach betätigen der Spülung 5-10 Minuten dauern, bis das Abwasser weggesogen wird. Das kann ein wenig unangenehm sein. Leider war es auch recht laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, charmantes kleines Hotel in guter Lage zu einem fairen Preis.

Value for money

Lovely atmosphere, clean rooms and great food. The hotel is older, but so much more charming than large chain hotels. We had excellent sushi delivered to our room and were gifted complimentary brownies (some of the best we’ve ever had) This was our second visit - but not our last.

tolles, bezahlbares Hotel. Gutes Restaurant mit schönem Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktionell eingerichtet.Nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Parkplätze gibt es genügend in der näheren Umgebung.

Quite old historical building, furnishings are also quite old but in good shape and cared for with dedication. The breakfast is amazing and provides a huge offer of different types of fine tasting pickled fish.

Average property. Room was large enough but you could hardly walk around the bed and the bathroom was tiny. Room was south facing and very hot (no airco and 1 of the 2 window panes was stuck). On the site paid parking at the hotel was mentioned for 50 Nok, this was not the case! We were referred to a paid parking nearby which was inconvenient. Breakfast was good but no sweet options (pastries) apart from jam.

Vänlig man som hjälpte oss med sen incheckning. Hela hotellet stank av frityr och det luktade illa , av frityr inne på rummet. Rummet var ok ingenstans att hänga något. Frukosten var inte bra och personalen vi träffade på frukost och i receptionen, Var nog trötta på sitt jobb, service var det då rakt inte

Ausklang Norwegenurlaub

Historisches charmantes Haus mit anheimelnder alter Möbelausstattung in der Gaststube. Hervorzuheben ist der ständige Service mit Kaffee und Tee, sehr schmackhaftes Essen. In den Zimmern ist es extrem hellhörig besonders aus der darübergelegenen Etage und durch die Toilettenspülung wie auf der Fähre. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, trotzdem 2 Sitplätze.- Wir konnten aber auch in der Gaststube sitzen lesen und Kaffeetrinken. Klein freies WLAN!
