A 3-4 minute drive to downtown Manchester, An 8 minute drive to McIntyre Ski Area skiing resort, An 9 minute drive to the Derryfield country club, and an 11 minute drive to Tri-town ice arena for ice-skating and playing hockey. I’m Take a scenic, fall foliage drive to the White Mountains or down the Kancamagus Highway.
Visit the Ice Castles up North or enjoy a day of skiing at McIntyre Ski Area, Pats Peak Ski Area or Gunstock Mountain. Enjoy a day at Hampton Beach or take a trip to Portsmouth and explore the historic downtown area. Also a great location for commuters.
