Golf in the summer outside your door. Skiing in the winter in walking distance. Lake Bellaire and Torch Lake are jus a short drive. Enjoy Short's Brewery in the town of Bellaire.

Enjoy all of this in a relaxing, beautifully decorated first floor condo on the second tee of the Schuss Golf Course. Livingroom is cozy with a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, 2 comfy chairs and a large sofa/ottoman. Through the sliding glass doors to the deck is a view of woods and the golf course. you can watch the golfers tee off with your morning coffee sitting outside on the the deck. Internet and streaming service are included

Thr kitchen has all new appliances and is outfitted with everything you need to prepare a family meal or just a light snack. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The adjoining master bath has a tub/shower, sink/vanity and a hair dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin daybeds TV. The second/guest bath has a tub/shower and sink/vanity.

As a guest of Vista Del Verde II, you will have access to the swimming pools at Schuss Mountain and Summit Village. The pool at Schuss offers an outdoor hot tub.

Along with the town of Bellaire, you will be a short distance from Traverse City, Gaylord, Charlevoix and Petoskey. Lake Michigan and the sand dunes are a short drive. We are about 1.5 hours from the Mackinaw Bridge.

Great vacation spot

Beautiful condo overlooking the golf course. Central to major tourist destinations. Bellaire is definitely fresh air. If you want a great place to visit, this is definitely worth the trip. We will be back next summer.

Very nice condo. Clean and good space for a family. Property was beautiful and peaceful. Kitchen was fully stocked. It’s right next door to an indoor pool and about an 8 minute drive to an outdoor pool you can use. Close drive to Bellaire and torch lake area for dinners and lake access

Great place and location!

Property is very nice and well stocked with household needs and amenities but needs replacement deck chairs. I assume the owner will take care of that quickly. Location is excellent with activities on site and nearby, and cities that are reasonably near for a variety of restaurants, movie theaters and such.

Nice!

Very clean, spacious, well cared for and everything needed. We were a little farther away from where we were going on Sunday and Monday but it was great seeing the countryside and the quaint little towns. And Papa K’s pizza was delicious had it two times. Would definitely stay again should the opportunity come along.

Mom's 80th Birthday

Everything was perfect! The view from the deck was beautiful. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals together. AC wasn't working well when we arrived and Rita took care of it right away. This was the most relaxing mini vacation that I have ever had. Thank you!

Great location - loved overlooking golf course; very nice condo- clean, well stocked, nice decor. The only negatives - a little smaller than expected and should provide more towels/washcloths: one hand towel per bathroom and one washcloth and bath towel per personjust not sufficient.

Terrific location!

Well appointed condo with a great location. Beds were comfortable but the living area furniture wasn't. The chairs and couch all need the seating replaced as you sit in a 'hole'. Not the fault of the owner, but the noise from the condo directly above this condo was loud, especially when the residents didn't abide with the 'quiet hours'.

Property was very nice and clean. We were looking forward to using the pool and thought it would only be a short walk, only to find it was more of a 5-10 minute drive. Then hard to figure out where to go and how to get to the pool. You can't leave recycling and directions said to take to location on 88 but again not very clear on location.

Weekend stay

The condo should not be advertised and pay for a 2 bedroom. The 2nd bedroom does not have a window and could be a fire hazard. By code you have to have a window to be considered a bedroom. We were uncomfortable sleeping in that room. Otherwise the place was great, clean, great location, well stocked and very peaceful and quiet.

Quick trip

This property was very warm and cozy. Things were easy to find when needed. My family would love to come back and spend more time here. :) The only complaints I have is that the floors seemed dirty. I took the broom and swept when we first got there. Lots of crumbs, dust, potato chips on the floor. Took a wet paper towel to the floor when I spilled something and it was dirty. The floors could use a good cleaning. The front bedroom smelled a bit musty.
