"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. В целом, блюда вкусные и разнообразные, персонал заботливый и отзывчивый. Кровати удобные, но жесткие подушки! Самы лучший спа , на мой взгляд, по сравнению с другими отелями в Сиде.
