Newly renovated kitchen! 2 weeks left in summer!

A beautifully restored 20th Century home within easy walking distance to beach, train, and town all within 5 minute walk. A bright house with a large front porch and side patio for grilling. The first floor is a great room including kitchen, family and dining areas and a movie theater with 120" screen. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor all with king beds and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor both have 2 twin beds great for kids or adults. Comes with 4 beach passes as well. The house is on a corner that overlooks the bay area that comes in from the ocean.

For the additional sleepers we have 2 queen air beds.

We do supply linens and towels.

W e do ask for 7 day rentals Sat-Sat during July and August months.

The house was just what we needed for our extended family to enjoy wedding weekend!! We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch looking at the marina and the park. The kitchen size was amazing and the beds were comfy. Perfect spot for a Jersey Shore weekend!!

Long weekend getaway with friends - early November

The stay was perfect. We had 8 people in all (4 adults and 4 kids), and had plenty of room. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great too - right in the middle of Manasquan, right next to a huge park for the kids to play in.

Big home that could accommodate a big family! Cool projector movie room, updated first floor living area. Bedrooms are big! Having 3 king beds in 3 bedrooms is a plus! All beds were so comfortable which can be hard to get. Upscale house, but could use just a bit of elbow grease in hidden cabinets and closets. Definitely worth a stay and return too!

The property location was excellent as was the house itself. Two suggestions would be printed instructions on operating the TV’s and more lighting particularly in the bedrooms and third floor stairway. Overall a very good experience!

Amazing home!

Our family of 8 stayed for 3 nights and were completely comfortable. The home was beautiful and impeccably clean. Our only recommendation would be to add some more lighting as it was difficult to see with the low lit lamps and had to use our cell phone flashlights to see things that we placed on the desk.

Beautiful home!

This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there.

Nice location in quiet neighborhood 10 minute walk from the beach. Shed with beach chairs/umbrella. 2 car off street parking and no problem with on street parking for visitors. Next to a large park, marina, Glimmer Glass pond. Nice outdoor sitting area with grill and firepit. The house is nicely furnished and comfortable but could use some upkeep. Many burned out lightbulbs, slow draining bathroom sinks, dishwasher not usable due to stopped up drain. A/C and all other appliances were fine. Also, could use some fresh interior paint. No duvet covers on the comforters and the linens were just OK. All fixable issues.

Got in early which was appreciated. Perfect location-across from Mallard Park, and boat docks. Easy walk to beach. But…. Closets were all jammed with “stuff”. Excess sheets, pillows,- didn’t know what was clean or dirty. There were4 air mattress -2were not functional. Had a repairman on day two (owner was very responsive and got things repaired within 24 hrs of arrival) for dishwasher and toilet issues. There is a nice projector room but we’re never able to figure it out. Some instructions would have been helpful. Laundry room was loaded with clean towel but they’re just stacked on top of the washer and dryer. Overall house could use a good coat of paint and general maintenance

Nice house, not so good communication

The good - very nice house in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Clean, plenty of extra linens, appliances and TVs worked. Wi-Fi was good once we had the correct info. The no so good - communication from the owner was almost non existent. No message when I booked the property, no check in or check out instructions. Had to prompt him on day of check in for door lock code. Couldn't find Wi-Fi info (owner did tell me how to find it on the router). Informed him we were leaving a day early, no reply to that message. Bottom line is that I would definitely stay in that house again but need a little more responsiveness from the owner.

Great house and location

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The were 9 of us, including my 3 grandsons. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and Manasquan is a cute town. The house was very spacious. The newly renovated main floor, kitchen,den and dining room was very nice. We did have trouble figuring out the oven and there was no power hooked to the microwave. If we stayed longer I would have asked the owner how we could have fixed that. In other reviews I noticed comments were made it was difficult to communicate with the host. I didn’t find that to be the case. Across the street in front of the house is a very nice basketball court. My grandsons loved it! All in all it was a positive experience. Oh, we had trouble with turning the lights on in the 3rd floor bedrooms and the media room. Again, if we were staying longer I would have adressed this with the host. We enjoyed our stay in this very nice house.
