There was nothing in the shower to be able to bring shampoo or soap on. Bring on top of a restaurant was very noisy in the morning between deliveries and the patio being blown off at 7:30 am . I overall was not that impressed for the amount I was charged for one night.

Customer was unaware of their room number or the self-check-in procedure. They did not read their confirmation email from Expedia nor ours. Customer was immediately assisted at check-in and never requested anything else, so why the complaint about no staff? Most customers love our keyless check-in and the privacy of the Inn. We understand not everyone is our customer type and wish this customer best wishes for another hotel.

Although the hotel was beautiful I did not like the fact that it t has hard wood floors and the renter of the above unit did not slept the whole night long walking up and down for the 2 nights that we were there and did let us sleep either.

Sorry, Rolando. Customers are unaware of the noise they unknowingly create. However, when we are notified, we contact the "noisy" guest and request them to walk gently which 100% of the time they observe. Thanks for your feedback.

Very nice place. A bit of a long walk to the beach give the rate, but building is nice. The restaurant is strictly BYOB so keep that in mind. The food there was only mediocre especially given the prices. The actual room was great

I booked this hotel for a staycation for one night (I live in a town nearby) for a relaxing and rejuvenating night and it was just what I needed! The room was very charming, cozy, and super comfortable! We had a king size bed for a rejuvenating sleep and the fire place in the room was the best part to set the ambiance and warmth on a winter night in February! It was clean and I loved the furniture / decor of the room also. There was only one suggestion for constructive feedback- the coffee maker was not well-cleaned, so I didn’t use it and instead walked to a local coffee shop (green planet). Thank you for a refreshing, pleasant night in manasquan!

Hidden gem!
We had a wonderful stay at the Inn on Main! Check in was easy and when I did call with any questions they were very helpful. Great location and tons to do right out the door. My husband is from the area and we visit frequently - we will definitely be staying here again! Room was perfect; loved the fireplace in the room which made it so cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. It’s very rare when both my husband and I agree we slept great when traveling.

Very lovely appointed room! Bed was extremely comfortable and room very spacious. Great having small fridge in room with items for morning coffee. Would be nicer if a small microwave could be available. Only negative was there is no way to switch AC/Heat off to avoid interruption of sleep in quiet time. On list for return trip.

We have a legacy hvac system; the trick to setting it so AC/Furnace fan stays off is to set the Cooling target higher, so if the room is at 70 deg, set cooling to 72; or for heating set it lower to 68 deg. I hope this helps. Thank you for staying with us.

We booked a room at the Inn for an overnight to visit friends who were also staying in manasquan in their own house. The contactless check in was super easy and convenient, the only downside was we couldn’t check in until 4 (you could check in earlier for an additional fee). The room was beautiful and very cozy, provided with amenities like shower toiletries, cold bottles of water in the fridge, and coffee for the morning. The bed was really comfortable and the extra blanket in the closet came in handy (we got sunburnt at the beach haha). The A/C kept the room nice and cool and there was plenty of closet space. Walking distance to a lot of stores and shops on the same road which made things easy. It was also very close to our friends’ house which is walking distance from the beach, although if we wanted to walk to the beach from the Inn it would probably be about a half mile or so, but if you have bikes or scooters it could be doable. The restaurant downstairs smelled delicious although we didn’t get a chance to eat there. Also plenty of parking in the lot around the back. Would definitely stay here again! Our only critique is that when we went out on the balcony there was an incredibly large bees/hornets nest behind the balcony light which deterred us from using the balcony.

Unique Inn. Like the no check in feature. Nice to right up to room. There did seem to be very loud rain/leak in fireplace. While it was raining there was a loud rattling sound coming from the fireplace area. Room 203 This room was booked for an employee from out of town. We are a new business in the area and will be utilizing this location to house out of town employees.

The Inn was clean, comfortable and safe. Because I didn't see and read the instructions about checking in, we had a minor amount of difficulty. However, I called the hotel from my cell phone and the staff I spoke with was extremely helpful and we easily accessed our room. The furnishings and decor are lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately we were there during off-season so the restaurant was not open. It is important to know that there is limited parking and signage is minimal. I usually do my research in advance and find out about things like parking, etc, but this was a spur-of-the-moment trip during the Christmas holiday season. Lesson learned. All in all I would return to the Inn on Main in the future.

Thank you for staying with us. Regarding the signage, there are 3 oversized awning signs hanging over the balcony and a circular Inn on Main sign directly over the Main Entrance. Sorry, you did not spot them.

It is well explained in the confirmation email sent to you as well as on Travelocity that we have a self-check-in procedure. This is has been in place for 10 years now with almost all customers liking this walk-straight-to-your-room process. It seems you too were successful in accessing your room. We turn the TV on for check-ins and pretty much, the Volume and Channel buttons are the only Up/Down buttons to operate. We have no record of a phone call to us for assistance on the remote which would have taken 1 minute to resolve. Yes, we share the lobby with a fabulously popular restaurant, Blend, and our customers generally love the buzz in the lobby. Sorry, that you did not care for it.
