"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Englewood Beach on Manasota Key. My husband is disabled so it’s always a little worrisome, assessing property pictures and getting information from owners to determine if a place will meet our needs. The owner was totally responsive and got back to me right away, and the property was beautiful and comfortable and completely met our needs. The best part was the very easy access up a ramp to a seating area that overlooked the Gulf of Mexico. My husband was able to sit out and watch while I walked up and down the beach, collecting shells and swimming. Can’t recommend this place enough and I am counting the days till I can get back there. "

"Very quiet stay other than Friday when there was equipment working on the renovation. I think this will be ongoing for awhile during the week. But worth it with the work they have done this far. Ocean was practically right out our door. Great place!"

"We’ve been vacationing on Manasota Key for decades but this was our first stay at this property. It was an excellent experience and we definitely plan on returning! Unit and property were very clean, Tavia was communicative and easy to work with, and the location & views were exceptional. Unit is just steps to both the beach & pool. Beautiful sunsets and the beach is great for finding shells and sharks’ teeth. We were in desperate need of a very quiet and relaxing vacation and this checked every box! "We rented this property for 5 nights while visiting friends in the area. The house was beautiful and located a very short walk to the private neighborhood beach. We also enjoyed the heated pool and utilized the gas grill provided. The owner was good about responding to inquiries. This included graciously allowing us to have our 2 small dogs stay with us (we requested in advance). Englewood wasn't busy when we visited, so our stay was truly relaxing and low key...Just perfect!"
