"The property is modern and in a good location. Staff were helpful. The reason for my’average’ rating is because the restaurant was closed - and will be until 20th November - and this was the main reason for our opting for this hotel over others. As a result, breakfast was provided by the branch of ‘Capito’ over the road. We had to negotiate with hotel what could be provided to us - and for example paid for butter. There was nothing on the hotel website about this closure and the reason for it...

"Newish hotel that is oddly located in a neighborhood. Once you are inside, however, the Pristine Hotel is warm and cozy, the staff always present and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean and comfy. Let's not forget the included breakfast, which offers enough variety to satisfy anyone's palate. It's about a 20 min walk to the Ala Too Square, but with easy availability of Yandex taxis, not to mention it's super safe to walk around, even late at night, the location is relatively...

"Very small but clean and decent hostel. I booked a private room which was tiny and no bathroom. The price was fairly high for no private bathroom or even mirror in the room. The shared bathroom is nice and overall the property is central and clean. There is a kitchen and restaurant upstairs but I didn’t use either. Stayed only in passing for an early flight. "
