I liked the staff he was quick and efficient and even worked with me on my deposit cuz i didnt have the full amount he asked for. Very thankful for his kindness to work with me and my girlfriend. Rooms were very nice just a ruff area is the only downside. But the hotel itself was excellent

I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars

"All was great except the food. Room service options were very basic, the burger I got was undercooked (not rare, but oddly very raw in the middle..by oddly I mean I could see tendons and the outline of the ground beef) and thr chips were floppy and cold. Apart from that the breakfast buffet was ok, ..."
