Nice small hotel. Tucked away. Very close to lots of shopping malls by car of course. Friendly staff. The rooms are huge. All in all it’s a very good property wit lots to offer. The pool isn’t what it looks like in the pictures.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Breakfast menu has good variety and the food is very good. Staff are wonderful and welcoming. We had afternoon tea in the library and it was excellent. We will be staying there again.

Don't stay here unless u want to be spoilt rotten!
I can't begin to describe the level of attentiveness the staff at The Merchant House bestowed upon me during my stay there. Kudos to the housekeeping supervisor Jalapathi and the FOH crew at reception (especially Ahmed) for their customer service skills and to Veeranan at the spa. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. :) x
