Outstanding experience

This hotel was amazing and really made our holiday special! The facilities and staff were first class and we would recommend this as the perfect place to stay to feel at home whilst abroad. The manager Hegab went above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance. Thank you so much!

I loved hotel location but they ruined my experience when I returned from work at 10pm to a dirty room with only a bed made. Used glasses from the night before had not been picked. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. The towels from earlier were still hanging up and the toilet had not been cleaned. It was my day 2 there and I had to stay there for the next 10 days and it was aggravating. Had to call the reception and they sent a team to clean the room at 10pm when all I wanted to do was sleep but had to wait for them to finish cleaning. It ruined my otherwise okay experience. The biggest and only plus is that it’s connected to the mall and has great eating and shopping options and late night movies. If it was a stand alone hotel without a mall I would have hated it.

Not worth the price and needs a lot work

Saving grace connecting tunnel to the mall, breakfast good, suite room blackout curtains have a gap, bathrooms dated and old, took a while to figure out hot n cold settings, water clogged on day one! coffee machine terrible, weird construction so could barely get any rest

Amazing service

The service is amazing and the staff welcoming, food during breakfast was amazing. The club access was nise where they serve hot drinks and small portion sweet and food. The think i would recommend to upgrade the furniture old and the pillow was so soft and old so I could not sleep well. Also the shower and the room was tented which us nice for families but foe couple it is adventure which was not met. But if i love the place

Poor Found a socket hanging out of the wall with exposed wires (fine I could ignore it but if there was young children in the room highly dangerous). Shower gel ran out whilst showering in the morning. No cups for coffee and poor service in the restaurant when asked for one over breakfast.
