Beautiful lake, relaxing experience, excellent staff. Food was great. Cabins are very comfortable and cozy. I had an excellent time. I would recommend mad would come back many times more.

The lake and facilities were beautiful. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The power went out often along with the Wi-Fi, and many of the slides and pools were not open for the kids when they wanted to play. Food was the big issue- all very overpriced, extremely limited options, left us all feeling pretty awful… very limited other dining options in the area without paying large “day pass” fees to even step foot in other restaurants around the laguna. Bummer because it was beautiful and could have been really fun if the facilities were more available.

As close to nature as it gets. The cabin I stayed in was rustic and well appointed. Ok, no hot water but the water for the showers was not cold either. air conditioner, refrigerator, coffee maker, big screen tv. Internet wifi signal reached my room and I had access. Beautiful views. Lovely gardens. Huge restaurant on the lake. Howler monkeys sounding off at night. The food was excellent. I had the seafood dish that contained lobster, shrimp, fish, clams, etc. Excellent. I will like to return here in future.

Well kept resort with nice cabins and views. Cool slide from the deck into the lake. However, they charged us 80USD a night for our 2 year old sharing a bed. Do you not understand that a 2 year old is a baby still and doesn’t need his own bed? Made me message my credit card number which I wasn’t comfortable with even though I booked on Expedia. Pool was gross. Front desk women was rude and the food was actually inedible. Beyond disgusting every meal. I know it looks cool with the slides but please trust me, stay somewhere else.

The prices are very expensive and the customer service is horrible. I have been there once and I will never go back. The customer service is better they would have a customer for life. But they exploited me as the customer for a one time game not realizing that they were getting pennies now I am not getting many dollars later. Overcharges for everything

This hotel involves A LOT of stairs, very slippery stairs. Parking is completely open, not secured. You have to go down some very steep stairs to get to reception and the restaurant, then walk back up to get to your rooms. a sauna. The rooms have AC. We got the family room and it was pretty and clean BUT it smelled really bad, like animal pee. We arrive pretty late and the manager told us the restaurant closed at 5pm due to the pandemic (Sept 2021, not a pandemic). Any way, the staff stayed around to wait for us to serve us dinner, which we appreciate but I feel like they overpriced everything! Once we paid the entire staff disappeared and we were left alone.

Ich war in Begleitung von 6 Erwachsene für nur eine Übernachtung mit Frühstückt in der Posada ecológica la Abuela gewesen. Wir hatte Hütte #14 für 7-8 Personen. Alles war sauber, klimatisiert und ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch und das Wasser der Lagune schön warm. Gerne würden wir uns das nächste Mal mehr Zeit hier niederlassen.
