We stayed here the night before Easter because it was close to the church we were attending. It was a pleasant change after two days on a farm outside Esteli. Aside from the fireworks early Easter morning, it was quiet.

Hotel mala zona
No habia telefono para llamar , no tenia ni un impresora para poder imprimir una hoja. Desayuno muy deficiente , instalaciomes mal estado , restauran no funcionaba , no volvere
The pictures are very deceiving. The hotel room was dirty, there was a used razor above the sink. This hotel has seen better days. Also the air conditioner was too loud to sleep.
I do not know why this people call this place a hotel, in my opinion, this place is not even a hostel. This place is poor maintenance condition, room are not secure, and it flooded when rains. Their is insect everywhere in this place. Do believe in the pictures that you see on Expedia or any other website for this place because the reality is that this place sucks. Their are nicer places to stay in in managua for the same price and they are real hotels.
The D'Lido is in a residential area of Managua and not much good for tourists. We only travelled by taxi to and from the hotel. There were amenities nearby but we did not feel comfortable walking. The hotel is spartan. The pool was not too appealing and our room was a bit sketchy. Only basic amenities were included (2 towels and nothing else) in the fairly dark room. The sink only had cold water and was broken. The atrium with the pool and thatched shelter was pleasant, but was used for car parking from about 9 pm to 9 am. There were lots of people around but we were not sure who they were (guests, longer term residents or locals hanging out). We slept moderately well, but we were subject to the sounds of Managua (people yelling, dogs barking, trucks growling) at night.
Despite paid for, guaranteed reservation, they double booked rooms so i didnt get one.....10 pm tired and no options. And they werent much help for other hotels , and sent me to a really bad one.
