About this property
Beautiful Tropical Paradise Near City Center
- My house is a sunny, plant-filled, tropical oasis in a safe, quiet neighborhood located a few blocks from the city's central plaza and Granada's colorful open-air market. It has a wonderful, airy, open design—some say it's the nicest house in Granada! It's good for single travelers, couples, business travelers, families with kids, and groups up to 6 people.
You'll enjoy a swimming pool with a spacious patio and poolside grill; a workout room; and a roof deck with lovely views of the city and Mombacho Volcano. There's also wifi, hot water, filtered drinking water, and a washer-dryer. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with fans and A/C. The master suite has a king bed, along with a big open shower and a whirlpool bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two single beds (but can be set it up as one king bed if you prefer - just let us know). The second and third bedrooms share a good-sized bathroom with two sinks and a large shower.

“We had a wonderful stay at the house. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt very relaxed and at home. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!”
