"The property is OK it’s not great, but it was clean. Mediocre breakfast only like oatmeal and yogurt and cereal and toast. Nothing hot. The room had a few few small issues but otherwise it was an OK stay"

"Don’t count on breakfast. Very limited selection and when things ran out, they were not restocked until the next morning. Very few restaurants near by. Room was clean, but outdated. Also, hotel charged a $10 (plus tax) “safe use fee” even though my reservation via Hotels.com said all fees & taxes were included. They told me they would refund that fee, but it still has not been refunded to my card. "

"I love the breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express, but the room was not deep cleaned. The bathtub had orange gunk growing in the corner, the bathroom fan was filthy with dust, and it smelled musty in the room. This may be because it was a pet room. We do appreciate that they allow pets, but the smell was more musty than dog. A nice property outside the room, and just a bit of spring cleaning would make the whole property worth returning."

"Rating: 4/5 Stars (Recommended) I recently stayed here and would definitely return. The hotel is in a fantastic area—there are a couple of ponds nearby with a great walking trail and benches that made for a perfect spot to enjoy a snack outdoors. The Room & Amenities: The rooms appear to be in the process of being updated and were very clean. Sleep & Comfort: The beds were good, and the temperature control in the room worked well. Features: I appreciated the fridge, coffee maker, and the use of full-size shampoos and soaps. Note: There was no microwave in the room. Shower: My only minor issue was the water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold, though it wasn't a major deal-breaker. Facilities & Service: There was construction happening in the lobby during my stay, but it didn't hinder anything or impact the experience. They were a little "sketchy" at times and didn't always feel consistent, but we continued to use them. The morning meal was good and a nice inclusion. Staff Responsiveness: This is a pet-friendly hotel. We did have a dog barking on our floor for a while, but once we texted our concern to the staff, they addressed it immediately and the barking stopped. Value: The cost was decent, especially considering how expensive everything is these days. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful location!"

"Needs a shower that has shower doors and needs better lighting in the restroom. Breakfast hours aren't convenient especially when people on vacation. "

"The only thing i was not happy about was, I told the person checking us in the night before that i wanted to pay in cash the next day when we checked out, But when we checked out they had all ready charged my credit card, and the man at the desk didn't want to even try to refund us. But other than that is was a great hotel, clean, close to the doctors office that we needed to go to early in the morning. We would stay again if needed."
