About this property

Rossinyol ET 2455. Very nice and quiet apartment near the beach

  • The apartment is located in a small holiday complex in the center of Cala Murada. Our apartment is located at the end of the complex, directly on a small valley (Torrente, nature reserve) and you can really hear the birds singing. The ideal accommodation for summer in Mallorca with a large balcony, shaded shade, sun loungers and roof terrace. Four people have a comfortable space and can spend pleasant evenings in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is perfect for self-service, as they have supermarkets nearby. Once a week there is a small weekly market on the beach. The complex of holiday homes also includes a large communal pool which, of course, can be used. The apartment is equipped with central heating and also in winter to reserve!


    Cala Murada is the ideal place to relax and enjoy. Far from all the hustle and bustle of Mallorca, Cala Murada gives you the feeling of being on a small island. There are some very good and cheap restaurants where you can enjoy typical Spanish cuisine. The two beautiful beaches of Cala Murada and Cala Tropicana invite you to sunbathe and vacation on the beach. Not far away is the mountain of Sant Salvador (about 10 km), Castell Santueri, Porto Colom, Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach and Cala D'Or. One of the most beautiful golf courses in Mallorca, Vall D'Or, is also just 8 km away.

Great holidays

The appartement offers everything needed for great holidays and a relaxing time including a very nice pool. Beach, supermarket, bakery and restaurants just a short walk away. Alicia is a very nice host and we enjoyed ourselves a lot!

Alles perfekt

Die Wohnung ist super-schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Von der Küche über dem tollen Pool bis zu den bequemen Betten mit richtigen Decken hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.Uns gefällt auch die Gegend, nur der nahe Strand nicht so sehr, daher ein Punkt Abzug. Aber es gibt andere schöne Strände in der Nähe. Alicia ist sehr freundlich sowie hilfsbereit und antwortet rasch.

Fijn verblijf in mooie omgeving

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement. Het was netjes, schoon en prima in orde. De omgeving was rustig en goed aan te lopen naar een strandje dichtbij. Het appartement was wel vrij gehorig, de mensen in het appartement onder ons konden ons blijkbaar horen lopen en praten. Omgekeerd hadden wij hier geen last van. Verder was alles prima in orde.

Sehr schönes und angenehmes Appartment

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Appartment mit wunderbarer Terasse und Blick bis hin zum entfernten Meer . Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Lage nicht klar aus dem Inserat ersichtlich ist. Die Entfernung zum Strand sind zu Fuß ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten und zu den Restarants ca. 5-10 Gehminuten. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Geschirrspüler wären perfekt gewesen. Trotzdem gibt es volle Punktzahl, da das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist. Durch die erhöhte Lage des Appartments weht immer ein leichte Brise, die auch bei hohen Temparaturen den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten. Wir mieten sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank an Alicia.

Fast wie in einem Einzelhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil die Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen ist und nicht nur über einen Balkon, sondern auch über eine Dachterrasse verfügt. Die Wohnung selbst ist auch sehr großzügig, so dass man sich hier zu viert sehr gut aufhalten kann. Selbst bei Regenwetter kann man auf dem Balkon geschützt gut sitzen. Die Küche ist bis auf eine Geschirrspülmaschine mit allem gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Pool war sauber, allerdings nicht in Sicht- bzw. Hörweite, was zusätzlich zum ruhigen Umfeld beitrug. Es waren aber ausreichend Liegen vorhanden und nur eine halbe Minute von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar und liegt in einer netten Bucht. Im Ort gibt es einen tollen kleinen Bäcker mit frischem (Vollkorn)Brot, mehrere Restaurants sowie einen kleinen SPAR-Markt. Das Restaurant neben dem Supermarkt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben das Gefühl von Alicia vermittelt bekommen, dass wir willkommen waren. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Weihnachten auf Mallorca

In der sehr schön eingerichteten und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit großer Sonnenterasse haben wir uns über Weihnachten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Heizung funktioniert und sie hat einen sehr schönen Blick ins Grüne. Die Kommunikatin mit Alicia war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub im Dezember

Die Unterkunft entsprach in vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen. Da wir Anfang Dezember nach Mallorca reisen wollten, suchten wir eine Wohnung, die auch beheizbar ist. Besonders hat uns die gute Raumaufteilung, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und der besondere Blick von der Terasse gefallen.

Sehr schönes Apartment in netter Lage

wir hatten sehr schöne 8 Tage in dem sehr hübschen und sauberen Apartment. Die Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war wunderschön. leckerer Becker, kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Zum verschiedenen Stränden läuft man 15 - 20 Minuten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Cala Murada. L'appartement est très spacieux. Il comprend un très grand séjour, une cuisine équipée, 2 chambres et une salle de bain, 2 grandes terrasses. La piscine a été bien apprécié lors de notre séjour en juillet. (l'annonce décrit parfaitement la maison). L'hôtesse, Alicia, est une personne charmante et très soucieuse de notre bien-être. Abgelegenes Juwel und doch so zentral

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig weit weg von allem Urlaubstrubel. Viele gute Restaurants sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit warmen Baguette und eine kleine Backery sorgen für einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Verschiedene Strände und Wanderwege laden zum Baden und Schnorcheln ein. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Haustür zur Verfügung. Alles perfekt…

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung von Alicia. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon haben wir schon morgens beim Frühstück sehr genossen. Zum Strand läuft man nicht lange. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
