Welcome to "Lejania", a stylish and newly built villa located just 1 km from Manacor, Mallorca's third largest municipality. Situated on an 11,000 m² estate, this secluded retreat has been welcoming guests since 2013 and offers breathtaking views over the Plà de Mallorca, which stretches all the way to Puig Major. The natural and sustainable design of the villa blends seamlessly into the surroundings and creates a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation.
Enter the villa from different sides, where large wooden windows fill the ground floor with light. The open-plan communal spaces include a cosy living area with two comfortable sofas, a modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials and a rustic dining area that comfortably seats six people. The beautiful blue shutters help to regulate the temperature on warmer days.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. Natural materials, high ceilings and smooth plastered walls create a pleasant ambience.
Lejania is perfectly located for excursions, with opportunities for scuba diving in Portocolom, golfing at the nearby Pula golf course or enjoying the sandy beaches of Calas de Mallorca, all within easy reach. After a day of adventure, you can relax on the covered terrace, take in the breathtaking views and enjoy the essence of your Mallorcan holiday.
