This area is part of a peaceful tourist community surrounded by nature, pine-covered cliffs and crystal-clear waters, ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation without giving up nearby services.

Casa Alegria is located just 350 metres from the beach and offers the perfect balance between comfort and natural surroundings. You can enjoy:

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning:
One with a double bed and private terrace with panoramic views
Another with two single beds
Moreover, there is a sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room for 1 or 2 children
It has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as a private parking space for two vehicles.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption. (0.30 Eur/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or near nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.
