Broken Microwave
The microwave did not work. Stayed 3 nights and after the 2nd night the property manager came to test the microwave with a piece of bread. Of course it worked at that time, but it was stated that there were previous problems noted regarding the microwave. More hangars were requested and the broken blinds were noted. Both items not corrected.

Great location!
This place is an amazing location in the village! You can walk to dinner, the shops, to coffee. The gondola is literally right outside and the bus to the main lodge is across the street. We would highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

Excellent location and great place
The condo was perfect for us and our grown children. Location can’t be beat. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen could use a few things - cookie sheets, salad bowl, etc, but certainly nothing major. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Unit
Great communication with the owner and very detailed explanation of check-in process that was very convenient and efficient. The unit was very clean and well decorated. It was a large 3 bedroom unit that as conveniently located right across from the Gondola. The noise is to be expected if you’re staying anywhere in the village.

Summer golf and skiing
Played golf at Sierra star “ 5 after 5” cart and 5 holes after 5pm was $50 with cart, perfect! We liked the built in action of the village. The action does come with a little noise so if that is not your idea of fun, take that into consideration. Then we skied on Saturday. The unit worked out great and we had a fun summer weekend. Dad’s and teenage sons.

3 bed/3 bath mammoth condo
Absolute perfect spot with family. If you know anything about Mammoth, this condo is located in the Village Lodge(Lincoln Building) and your patio looks right out at the the main courtyard where you can watch the big movie screen or listen to live bands. The week we were there Puss in boots- The last wish was playing and the grandkids got to just sit on balcony in their PJ's The Host Matt was amazing and was in direct contact with us for our questions. I want to give a special thanks to Matt who helped us with our Special needs granddaughters accomondations.

Great Visit
Fun to be in the center of things in the Village. This property was the best for viewing the July 3rd fireworks. Balcony view with fireworks 300' in front of us. There can be some noise with windows open in the afternoon and evening, but we were given that warning before renting and expected it to be much worse on a 4th weekend. It was not really that noisy and the Village had outside activities end before 10:00. Crowds leave and all was quiet.

Best location in the village
Not all locations in the village are created equal. Not only is this condo in the Village Lodge, but it is in the best location within the Village Lodge. The walk to the gondola is maybe 100 feet. Nothing in Mammoth is truly ski-in/ski-out (despite what many listings say), but this is the closest you can get.

Wonderful experience!
Our experience with this booking was everything we had hoped it would be! The checkin and checkout processes were easy and convenient. We received all the information we needed prior to arrival and we experienced Matt and Kelly to be very, very responsive when we had questions. The unit was exactly as described in the listing. No surprises! The unit was clean and well-stocked. Our only input would be to add a couple more cutting boards and kitchen knives. The location is amazing! We skied/boarded everyday - to be able to take just a few steps to the gondola made things super easy! Also, the Village did a great job with snow-removal - making those few steps that much “lighter”! The heating in the unit is pretty powerful - we turned all thermostats to “off”, and it still felt warm. But we could easily adjust for that by briefly cracking open a couple of windows. No big deal! We experienced a little nightlife noise on the Friday evening of our stay, but nothing that a little white noise couldn’t drown out. We highly recommend this unit and hope to return for another stay, soon! Thank you!

Cozy Suite with Beautiful Views and Perfect Location
This rental is a no-brainer!! Kelly and Matt were amazing hosts, they messaged me with all the check-in instructions, and called me a day before the trip to make sure I had everything I needed. When we got there, the self-check-in was very easy (again, because of their detailed instructions), the suite had everything we needed and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is amazing, the views every morning were breathtaking, the rooms were all very comfortable and the common area was perfect to enjoy with family and friends. And the underground garage + ski locker for the ski/snowboarding equipment was a fantastic extra perk. Will definitely recommend this property, and will stay here every time if possible!

Perfect Village Condo
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matt and Kelly’s 3 bedroom condo in The Village. The location right above Gomez’s restaurant is super convenient and offers a nice view of the gondola. The condo is nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. And whether you hit the slopes or not, The Village is the best place to stay. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t need it until the day we left. Plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store right there. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was easy with a lockbox next to the front door. We have stayed at many condos at the Village Lodge over the years, but this was actually better furnished and better kept than others we’ve rented through the hotel. As a host myself, I know that people who rent their own vacation homes usually take great care of them, as in this case. We will gladly stay again.

We were here for night of lights which is very crowded. This location was perfect getting to the venue and eating without having to drive. I was worried about the noise in the village but it was not a problem! Would definitely come back ….great for quick access to skiing👍🏻

Positives: convienient location...close to the village restaurants/shops/lift, nicely decorated condo, easy checkin, perfect skiing weather Negatives: extremely uncomfortable mattresses in bunk beds, can't control heat in the condo (had to open windows and balcony door to cool down which let in outdoor noise from nearby restaurants and traffic noise), only 1 parking space allowed, one room had broken blinds and broken/dirty humidifier

Simply amazing!!
What an experience. From the communication with the owners, to the location of the property, to the property itself…..simply amazing. The property was immaculate. Had everything that we needed to enjoy a 2 day getaway. All the amenities that you would need, to stay in for a quiet night, or the accessibility for an outdoor dinning experience. The views were incredible. Could’ve stayed on the patio watching the sunrise forever. We will absolutely be back!!

Fabulous Unit In Centre of Mammoth
Cannot speak highly enough about the unit. Three great double bedrooms & three bathrooms were just the ticket for our family having spent 3 nights camping in Yosemite. You are right in the middle of village square. Facilities are first rate with pool & 4 hot tubs. Thank you to Kelly & Matt for ensuring our stay went smoothly

Perfect mountain retreat
This location was perfect for us. Easy access by bus or car anywhere you want to see. The condo is right in the middle of the action. It is also nicely decorated like a comfy mountain cabin. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome, clean condo in the village
Our family had a great time at the condo in the village. The location can’t be beat and the condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. We really appreciated having humidifiers available and some toiletries provided. Owners were prompt in communicating. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Enjoy the quick trip for spring skiing with friends and our three young children. Check in was easy and the three bedrooms were more than accommodating. Walking over to the gondola was great and they were plenty of food options right in the village. Would enjoy renting this unit again!

Long weekend in Mammoth!
Condo was perfect - brought the whole fam. This is truly a ski in - ski out unit. Just steps away from the Village gondola. Parked the car when we arrived and only moved it when we left! Walked to all the restaurants/bars, got up in the morning and just walked to the lift...less than 100 feet! Unit was clean, well stocked with a beautiful view. We will be back again!

Worth Every Cent !
My family loved the home & the location was perfect! But to top if off, my very elderly father left his wallet filled with cash. When I reached out thinking we may get the wallet back minus the cash, the company mailed to my dad his wallet, ALL of the cash down to the penny was there. The honesty & integrity was amazing. If I was ever to return to this area I would want to stay here, where I know we are beyond taken care of. GREAT Experience.

Great location , Well Kept unit
The Unit is beautifully decorated and very clean . The location puts you in the middle of the action . It faces the main stage at the Village , where concerts and Movies are played . It is also close to the Gondola Station . The welcome brochure warned about noise until 2AM , But we did not experience anything , possibly due to COVID restrictions I would suggest more clear check in instructions . (There were at least 2 sources of info - from check in site on VRBO from the owner , and an email that was sent ) If you pieced the two together , you would probably be okay , but still incorrect . Unfortunately , Without specific instructions , one could get lost as there are different buildings on the property , The building and floor information that were provided were incorrect . We had issues with the key , but the property manager responded within 15 mins . and he was able to assist us . The unit is adequately equipped with dishes , cookware and silverware . However , the dishwasher was fully loaded with clean dishes from the previous guest . Not a big deal . But I prefer to Not have to put away dishes that I didn't use while on vacation. Otherwise, it is a beautiful unit in a great location . I would definitely stay here again , as the suite itself is comfortable . I just had those few fixable comments . Thank you .

We had to change plans last minute and found this rental. It was great for the three adults and four teenagers. The village was lively and fun and very accessible. It was the perfect spot to hike from bike from and take day trips. We will definitely be staying here again.
