  • Upon your arrival at 799 Fairway Circle, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 you'll walk up six exterior steps to the front door landing. Once you enter through the front door to the interior landing you can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.
    -
    PLEASE NOTE:
    * Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
    - Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows. For the Queen size sofa pull out sleeper; all will be found on its Sofa.
    - Towels provided for your stay will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat.
    * Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liners, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
    * There is no air conditioning.
    * Pets (maximum 2) are welcomed for an additional fee.

    GROUND LEVEL - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and laundry area with full size clothes washer and dryer.
    * Bedroom 1 offers a King bed with ensuite bathroom, 55 inch television and an exterior deck

    MAIN LEVEL - Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom
    * The living room offers a gas log fireplace, Queen sofa pullout bed, 55 inch television and an exclusive use gas grill on the exterior deck
    * Bedroom 2 offers a Bunkbed (Queen + Twin), 55 inch television and an exterior deck

Everything was well organized and the unit was exceptionally well equipped, particularly in the kitchen and baths. We will come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beauty Snow Creek condo. This unit has been completely update from the flooring to the kitchen to the paint. This by far has been the best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans (which were in grey condition), the stove worked great and the frig was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and access in and and out the condo was very easy. Great stay!

The new flooring makes a huge difference. During our last visit, I mentioned that the main bedroom's mattress needed to be replaced. On this visit, it felt like the same old mattress that still needs to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Snow Creek several times over the last 5-10 years and have enjoyed each visit. This was our first stay in the phase-5 development and we were not disappointed. In summary, we have no complaints about the unit during our stay. It was clean and comfortable and about the only negative were the pillows which were pretty hard for our liking. Otherwise, will be back and would not be hesitant about renting 799 again.
