Great Location
This property is just as advertised. Well equipped kitchen, easy access to the jacuzzi area, walking distance to canyon lodge. The bunk beds are very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on but would probably be fine for small children. All in all a great trip!

Superb location!!!
We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is unbeatable. Walkable to Canyon Lodge - 5 min or less to parking lot of Canyon Lodge. The condo has the basics. To clarify this is a one bedroom on the main floor with an open upstairs loft. The building walls are thin so we heard the teenage girl next door till past midnight. The loft is a little dark so bring a book light for night time reading! Outside parking was convenient. Overall this place was great! Thank you!

Possibily the best condo I've stayed at since I started using vrbo or any other rental sites.
Everything was more than I had expected, especially the functional kitchen and all the accessories. Only one issue that I came accoss, which is the electrical outlet to the left of the stove was not working. I would like to book this unit in the future directly if possible.

Nice accommodations. There was a faint persistent unpleasant but tolerable odor possibly associated with snow damage to units below. It is understandable as the area is recovering from a federal emergency due to excessive snowfall related damages. Hot tubs were available at will. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations.

During high ski season this would be fabulous.
Great roomy condo. Perfect for small family. The loft is like a small separate apartment. They closed the Canyons lifts during the week so we had to go to the Mill. On the weekends you can have a nice walk to the lifts. To families who need an elevator, this is on the second floor and there are no elevators. Other than that this was clean, with everything one would need..

Walking Distance to Canyon Lodge
The condo met all of our needs. It can sleep six comfortably, with four sharing the upstairs loft. King bed downstairs was very comfortable. The price was fair for a 2 bed/ 2 full bath unit. The condo is close enough to walk to Canyon Lodge, but carrying ski/snowboard gear makes it more difficult. We drove our equipment over and then parked back at the condo as parking at Canyon Lodge fills up early. Everything was in working order. Check in process was very easy. We really have no complaints.

Location Location Location
Excellent location! This was the closest we have ever stayed to Canyon Lodge. We had a little trouble finding the right building because the snow was piled up so high, but the property manager responded immediately to my text. I told them we could not find a parking space and the unit was guaranteed to have two allotted parking spaces. They said they would have someone call me the very next day after we checked in the first night but no one called. I told the property manager on Day 2 that no one called me about the parking situation and they did nothing about it. The gas fire place did not work. We tried it each night. The instructions on the wall were very simple, but not thorough enough. All it says it "if it doesn't turn on, wait 5 mins. and try again". The first night, the property manager sent someone to get the fire started, but he could not tell me how he did it. I had the same problem the next night and texted the property manager and they never came to fix it. It was surprising to me that they did not follow through. They never resolved the gas fireplace not working and never checked in on us and we checked out the next day. Most condos we have stayed at have provided some games for entertainment. We thought about bringing a deck of cards or some games but thought there would most likely be something to do in the condo. There was nothing. We highly suggest considering keeping a few board games or something for people to do.

Spring break (5n,6d) ski holiday in Mammoth
Great location for skiing at Mammoth. Easy walking distance to Canyon Lodge (~5min). Slightly older property, but clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Not a problem for us, but this property is on the 2nd floor w no elevators. Kids enjoyed the jacuzzi at the rec center as well as the easy access to the ski lodge. We mostly ate in/cooked and property had all kitchen utensils/ appliances we needed. Pls note that laundry is across the street in the rec center w app/bluetooth to operate, minimum $10 deposit ($3.50 for a wash + $1.50 for dry cycle… 2 dry cycles required).

Cold and a bit neglected
The fireplace didn't work and even if it did, you would need to push a button every two hours. The alternative was a wall heater mounted just below the thermostat that controlled it. When the heater turned on, the thermostat would just turn it off. Don't use the humidifier in the closet of the master bedroom = it shorts out when you turn it on.

Cozy condo close to canyon lodge
Very close to canyon lodge which made it convenient. The condo is cozy. Kitchen is small but suited our needs for the weekend. Kitchen trash step on lid didn’t work (minor detail but was annoying.). The downstairs shower didn’t drain well so had standing water for many hours which made it unusable. I did contact property manager and they responded but since such bad signal, I didn’t receive the voice mail message till the evening. Never got it fixed since we just all decided to use the upstairs bathroom for showers. Not the greatest cleaning crew. Closet doors can use some updating. Otherwise, space heaters and wall heaters and fireplace worked well to warm us up. Hot showers available. It was a quiet building which I liked. Convenient entry locks. The beds were pretty comfortable. Overall, had a good weeekend in Mammoth.

Summer get away
So nice to be in the cool Mountains during a hot summer day! The place was nice and roomier than I expected from the pictures. Club house was great with really hot hot tubs and a cool pool. It would have been nice if they did have a few extra outside lounge chairs. The management team was really responsive with questions.

Disappointed.
The main reason we selected this property was the sleep number beds. They were older sleep number beds and they didn't work well. They also had foam padding on top of them which totally negates the point of a sleep number bed. Also the bed in bedroom was made with smaller size sheets which then came off corners and mgmt company had to address. The couch and chairs in the living room do not really have much support and you sink into them. Couldn't get comfortable. Lastly the pet free and clean unit are questionable as there was dog poop on the balcony that the mgmt company also addressed.

Week ski vacation w two pre teens
Really good location near Canyon Lodge. Two hot tubs for after skiing which were easy to get the kids into (family friendly at least in late afternoon). Condo was good with big kitchen and warm fireplace. Closet space was a little lacking particularly in downstairs bedroom so a little harder to keep things organized than would be ideal, compounded by lack of in unit washer / dryer. But overall was a solid choice for three of us for the week

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was fantastic, an easy walk to Canyon Lodge and it was very comfortable for our family. The place was clean and easy to access with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. My only complaint is that it was listed as a 2 bedroom, when in fact it is a 1 bedroom with a loft. With that being said, the loft is very large with an attached bathroom so it ended up working out. Great place, I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic Location!
Great cabin right near Canyon Lodge. Only a five minute walk to the lift! Has all the amenities you want: well-stocked kitchen, nice fireplace, and a hot tub. Bob was an amazing host. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Can't wait to visit again!

Cozy and so close to the Canyon Ski lift
I loved Bob's place. So close to the Canyons Ski lift, Sleep Number beds are awesome, the jacuzzi is really close and awesome. Oh and the sauna to finish it off. I hate walking to my car after snowboarding or walking too far in my snowboarding boots so this was awesome. The pantry was stacked with oils and spices and everyone seems to take really good care of the place. The fireplace is great and man it produces a lot of heat. I am going to come back next year best you believe it.

Great Stay!
Stayed here for 2 nights in March, 2018 during a MASSIVE snowstorm. Condo was in great condition, clean and very comfortable. Bob and Vicki have everything you need to tackle the snow (shovel, car scraper/brush) and the road and driveway areas were plowed regularly. The condo was a super easy walk to Canyon Lodge (took me about 6 minutes with my boots and skis). We would definitely stay here again; it was perfect for a Mammoth skiing and relaxing weekend.

Wonderful Place
The condo was perfect. Had everything plus! We have been rebting in Mammoth for over 20 years and this condo was one of the best. I highly recommed it. Close to the lifts, walking distamce to the village.

Very comfortable!
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very comfortable for myself, my husband, and our two young kids. The bunk beds were a hit! The pool and spa were fun. My favorite part was that while not huge, there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space when necessary. Bob, the owner, was very responsive and made himself available to us in the event that we needed him. (We didn't, but it was nice to know we could get him if needed.) We would return here on future trips to Mammoth.

My family took a short weekend vacation to Mammoth. From the moment we selected #76 to the moment we checked out we were completely satisfied. The location is perfect, close (walking distance) to the village and the adventure center. The condo is very cozy, plenty of seating for our party of 5, beds were amazing. The kitchen in stocked well. Checkin and out were easy as could be, and Bob provided how to's on necessary thermostats. Bob also provided restaurant recommendations, and offered assistance with anything we needed, we didn't need anything. We loved it and can't wait to go back. Thanks for providing us a great vacation. Nice Cozy Place with Attentive Owners
For the last 8 years we have vacationed in Mammoth and stayed at another condo. This year we decided to try something new and we are glad we did. The layout was perfect for us and allowed for other family to visit and stay with us. You will find the owners are very attentive up to and throughout your stay. Appreciate the check-ins from Bob to make sure things were okay. We received a text from Bob on the day of the check-in to let us know the unit was cleaned earlier and if we wanted to chick-in early we were welcomed to do so. I have never experienced an owner who kept us up to date and followed through like Bob did. You will find the kitchen well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and a variety of food items from coffee, spices, and condiments. So, before you go grocery shopping check the cupboards. If this is your first time visiting Mammoth I would recommend you consider this unit as the owners provided you a lot of tips, places to eat and other things about Mammoth.

Awesome condo - we will be back!
My family has stayed in several condos in St Anton and Chamonix over the years and this is by far the nicest condo with very accommodating and responsive owners. We love this complex because it is an easy walk to Canyon lodge, the lifts and the gondola to the village. The kitchen is stocked with more spices, cooking utensils, glassware for every type of beverage, pans and skillets than I have at home. You can prepare and serve meals here as easily as you do at home. The bathrooms are nicely remodeled and all of the features of the condo work perfectly. The owners have provided instructions with the TVs, fireplace, thermostats, parking passes, etc. which was very helpful. The internet also worked well for our entire stay. Most importantly, the owners were friendly, easy to reach and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Mammoth!

Cozy, Comfortable, and Great Location
The condo is in the Chamonix complex, which is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this unit. My husband and I took the king bedroom downstairs, and our kids shared the huge loft upstairs which has a queen bed, single stacked bunk, and its own bathroom. The open area of the loft has a metal divider for safety and a pull down window shade for privacy. The living space felt like a home compared to the Westin suite we experienced the night before. The over-stocked kitchen is tiny, though, and only fits one person at a time. We loved having the gas fireplace, which we could turn on with a simple press of a button, and it has a timer so we didn't have to worry about accidentally leaving it on. The owner Bob graciously allowed us an early check-in after we got in town the night before to beat a bad storm. He was also very reachable and knowledgeable whenever we had questions or needed advice. One thing I wish we knew before booking a condo in this complex: the walls are tissue-thin. Evenings and mornings in the master bedroom were filled with the sounds of adjoining neighbors snoring, using their bathrooms, having conversations with their kids, getting ready for skiing--everything. No one was shouting or having a party, so I assume the noise is just part of staying here. This is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Thank you for you input. We have already talked to the owners next door about a remedy with soundproofing. We have new owners just in the last couple of months. Our priorities our first year of ownership (2016) were the fireplace, remodel the bathroom, quality linens, sleep number beds , blackouts ( that the Westin does not allow), and a window shade for privacy for the loft. We have in the past just knocked on the door and asked the people in #74 to keep their voices down. It has corrected the problem every time. Just like we have done at any hotel or condo. The kitchen is well stocked for those who enjoy cooking with cookware, flatware, spices, and condiments. We have a coffee maker and many other extras to make any ones stay like home. As is evident with prior 5 star reviews.

Cozy, comfortable, great location
Bob was so great to work with, gave great directions and paid attention to every detail. Condo was well appointed with a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and fluffy towels. Walked to canyon lodge one day and took the shuttle one day, couldn't be easier. The condo was clean and the fireplace with a fan dried everything after a day on the slopes. The Ms Pacman joystick and Pole Position were a great treat for our kids. Hope to visit again!

Very clean, great place to stay for access to skiing.
We stayed here over MLK weekend. This unit is very clean. Has all the amenities you would want or need. Bob was very responsive and a great host. Described everything in the finest detail and was very interested that we had a great stay. Great communication prior to and during our stay. By far, the most comfortable beds I have slept on in Mammoth. All of the furnishings were clean and well maintained. The entertainment system (TV, etc) was 1st class. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and even spices, etc. Easy walk to Canyon lodge as well. It really felt like it was our condo while we stayed there - not just a place we were renting. I can't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend it.

Great place in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation.
We enjoyed our stay in this unit thoroughly. We stayed as a family with our two children. The unit would have comfortably slept six though. It is in a great location; less than a five minute walk to Canyon lodge. The two large hot tubs and sauna right outside the unit were a huge plus. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed, including a fully appointed kitchen, sleds which our kids enjoyed, family games, and even snow brushes to remove snow from our vehicle (it snowed hard while we were there and this came in handy!). The owner was very pleasant to work with and responded to questions quickly in a helpful manner. Would definitely recommend this booking and plan to stay again!

Perfect walk in walk out ski location
Bob is super cool guy was very helpful in getting us in and settled, and during the big storm that weekend. Condo is set up perfectly and all ameneties fun and functioning. Most convenient stay I've had in Mammoth. Will definitely be back!

Holiday Vacation
This place was amazing! It was walking distance from the lifts and convenient. Bob was extremely helpful, hospitable and responsive! We would definitely stay again in the future.

Thanks for your review. Thanks for leaving my place in 5* condition. Just found some deals on ski tickets for a future stay. I'll email them to you today. You must buy them by the 28th. 4 lift tickets for $335 good though the end of March.

Clean, comfortable and cozy. Nice central location.
We had a short stay of just two nights for a wedding. The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and, as noted, the linens were high quality. Although not needed, it was really nice of the owners to supply toiletries in case we forgot any. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was very well stocked and it was nice of the owners to offer use of any spices or supplies with a reasonable request that if we used up anything, we replaced it. We had many brochures and guides for review on what to do, restaurants, discount coupons, etc. to review if we had more time. The communications with the owners were extremely prompt and thorough. They refunded our security deposit immediately after the condo was cleaned. In addition, the owners contacted us before, during and after our stay just to confirm everything was as expected. I highly recommend and would stay here again on our next trip to Mammoth.
