We had a wonderful time and our stay at the Aspen Creek condo was ideal. It was walking distance to Eagle Lodge where chair 15 is located. We skied and boarded a couple days and the condo location was perfect.Thank you Grand Welcome Team for being attentive and being available.

Great Location, okay condo
Great location to walk to Eagle Lodge and space in the condo. The cleanliness was unfortunately not up to par - the bath mats were wet and dirty upon arrival, the second shower does not drain, there was food and miscellaneous clothing items in the pull out couch mattress. The check-in and out was very easy.
Little out dated and a longer walk to lift, no ski lockers lift so had to carry skis and boots. Your staff at Mammoth were great in regards to late checkout and assisting me in finding keys from our last trip 3 weeks ago.
Great place to stay extremely close to Eagle Lodge and perfect for a weekend of skiing!

Was a pretty nice place , garbage and laundry was convenient although you had to pay for laundry and it wasn’t actually inside the unit it was right next door .Spacious and comfy but due for a remodel .Overall I liked it a lot, but I felt the listing should have noted that the place was under construction on the exterior .They were working reasonable hours tho so it wasn’t too bad.

The price was great. The unit pictured was much nicer than the actual one we stayed in. The unit was well worn but OK. It was difficult to find because the adress provided did not say “Aspen Creek” and the street number and building number were barely visible.
It was not as pictured in advertisement. Old, dirty, not at all updated. One twin bed had not been changed since last visitor. Blinds were cracked and missing. There were no sheets for couch bed. Toilet was broken and repaired with duct tape. Shower was hard to turn on and leaked. Master shower was so slippery my friend fell. The whole place needed a modernization.

Needs modernizing
It was ok, not great. The pullout couches we didn’t expect or need and they were incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. We spent almost no time in the main room because of this. The electric burners on the stove are not balanced so any pan that sits on them is tilted and the bottom drawer of the range is broken. The bedding is old and torn duvet cover. Pillows are very old and need replacing.

Just average property
While this property was fairly large and quiet, it is not maintained very well and high traffic areas are worn and dirty. Throw rugs in bathroom and kitchen look as though they are never washed. The unit is right above the garage that is open to the outside so the unit is VERY cold and the heat works so-so and the floors and bathrooms are freezing. Kitchen has the bare minimum, absolutely nothing in terms of oil or salt and pepper and it was challenging to cook a standard meal, No hot pads, no sharp cutting
The unit was not as described. Old, minimal furniture, and not at all updated. Blinds were cracked and missing and no sheets for couch bed. The guest toilet had a broken/taped tank lid and the wrong toilet seat. The primary toilet had to be plunged on arrival. This was noted in previous reviews that are gone. The condo was missing a dining chair and only had 1 window with a screen. Throw rugs in the unit were dirty. The kitchen had the bare minimum and stove burners worked intermittently, which made it challenging to cook a meal. The biggest issue was the ongoing exterior construction of the whole condo complex that wasn’t disclosed to us before we booked and paid. There should have been a disclaimer on the booking site, or we should have been told immediately when we started the booking. We were awoken at 7:30 am for two days with construction siding removal on the outside of our unit’s windows. This lasted until 9:30 am and then they were gone for the day. We had issues with the host booking site, getting the wrong entry code, getting a different host person every time we communicated and the closed local office. I ? why they're premier hosts. I sent the host a message on these concerns; they sent me their apologies but no compensation. They said I should have contacted them while I was in the unit. They weren’t in California and the local office was closed. I was on vacation with new issues daily. I didn’t want their issues to affect my time.
