"A great place to stay with stunning views. There's a bus stop at the entrance so it's easy to get to Dachstein Krippenstein and Hallstatt.
There's also a wharf close by with two transport options.
The mini-market in the resort is well stocked with plenty of options for self-catering.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was excellent."
"Nice place and good location. They really try to sell you on their National Geographic status, which is cool but doesn't mean much when it comes to comfort. I wasn't super impressed with the property given it's price tag, but the stay overall was good. Only odd thing was check-in, we weren't asked for ID, Passport etc... we just showed up gave our names and were shown to our room..."
"A truly amazing location and experience in the Austrian alps. Rooms have everything you need for a long stay, staff was helpful and nice and the property offers lots of activities for the whole family."
"Loved my stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. One thing I want to highlight is their hair dryer is one of the best I have seen in all my stays in Europe!!!
The owner is also very welcoming along with his dog and staff."
"Muy bonito lugar y una excelente alternativa para vsiitar Hallstatt. El personal aunque no hablaba bien ingles, muy amable en todo. El desayuno muy bueno y el sauna, aunque muy básico fue rec9 firta te."
"Really nice hotel - staff were friendly and helpful - the rooms big and clean - facilities fantastic - worth staying for the sommer card which provides access to various activities - we just found the bed a little too firm for us"

"We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean. The lake view from our balcony was great.
Our rate included the breakfast buffet. A good variety of hot & cold items. We particularly liked the fresh fruit, breads, Kaiserschmarrn, yogurt, espresso, and teas.
Easy walk from hotel to local sites, boat rides/ferry, restaurants, and shopping. "

"This was our first stay here, but would come back in the future. The balcony views on the water are lovely! It has a small lake for swimming next to the hotel, as well. "
"The property was super cute, perfect for weekend away. The surrounding was very pretty. If you have small children or are elderly this propery is prob not right for you though, as there are a lot of steep steps. "
"Room is new, well equipped and spacious. With very beautiful mountain View. Staffs are very nice. If the room door can be improved to close softer, it will be perfect. "
"This property is beautiful, however be aware that you need to pay for every little thing once on site. If you run out of soap, dishwasher pods, want clean towels, or in our case, need more toilet paper, it all costs extra. I don’t mind having to pay for some things, but I’ve never been asked to pay for toilet paper anywhere else in the world and I have to say, it slightly soured my experience. The property is beautiful and the staff were great, I just think for the price I should not have to buy my own toilet paper. "
