"The pool was great great price Hotel compared to the other's with more amenities only drawback you hear all the planes go by but definitely would stay there again. The front desk all were great as well"

"No rules were implemented. No children in hot tub should mean that! relaxing i was hot in head with football while kids were unattended in hot tub. i’ve been there before and same thing happened. Our fault we went during spring break so pool was over run with unruley kids with no parents to be seen. Couldn’t really relax, not enough poolside chairs, people would come out at 5 am pick there chairs put all there stuff in it and stay for whole day until evening, leaving no space for others. only a few cabanas to rent with too many guests. Children at the pool side bar."

"Fue muy atento el personal que me atendió. Muy limpio el lugar. Deben de poner dos botellas de agua y no una. Habemos personas que tomamos café pero también bebemos medicamentos por el día y por la noche. Mi opción personal. Pero me encantó mi estadía con ustedes."

"This is my most favorite place on Puerto Rico to stay at!!! Everything about our stay was fabulous.....except I loved the smell of the hotel so much that they need to sell the fragrance for home use (with a diffuser) or they need to sell candles of the scent. Many hotels have their signature scent available The El Conquistador should as well. That is my only complaint. I will be back!!!"
