"Property is great, lobby is beautiful, staff wonderful. Rooms need upgrade but are clean, and the area needs some clean up. Not the nicest part of the island. "

"Room was clean nothing to bad to complain about the rooms staff was ok even though they have you wait long to order or come to you. Pizza stop was great they greeted us and answered all questions we had. The front desk was unorganized after seating 4 hrs on the plane to get to the hotel which we got here at 1245 hoping i can get early check in they made me wait 4 hrs for a room even after check in was at 3pm we were not happy . It took til almost 4 to get called for a key and the line was super long …… Check out went smooth but do check ur pending charges it didn't make sense at all waiting for all to clear to know whats right and whats wrong …."

"The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was filthy. The bathroom had no soap dish, the doors were damaged, and water was leaking from the floor. When I arrived, the bathroom was wet as if someone else had just used it. The walls were dirty! Terrible decision. There was no manager to complain to."

"This was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible at directions, favors, and offering advice. We felt incredibly safe here as 2 young adults staying on our own. Our bed and room was beautiful and so comfortable. The pool area is beyond peaceful as well. No complaints and I highly recommend booking here. We plan on staying again next year. "

"The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited. Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar area near by. All in all a thumbs up!"
