"The reception staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming and gave great recommendations for the local are. The rooms are fantastic. Lovely shampoo etc, the only downside was there was only 1 washing machine and dryer. Given this was Rotorua, I’d expect more machines as everyone wants to get the sulphur out of their clothes. Great hotel, good parking, very pleased. "

"Room a bit small but ok for single person on a business trip. Shower VERY small. Clean and quiet with comfortable bed. Easy walking to Eat Street and other activities. Disappointed that Pools were closed for maintenance"

"Beautiful hotel. There was a mix up with check in. I was told that I coujd have early check in by Ella through email. But when we arrived, there wasn't any record of it. So we had to wait over an hour before our room was ready. Other than that, it was pleasant "

"I really like this property because it’s close to Rotorua different activities like Skyline not only that but it’s close to all the shops and aslo the hotel was so amazing 😍 if we come again we will come back to AWA hotel cause it’s really good "
