Their place looks okay. But their lack of service left a bitter taste in my mouth. Their phone is forever unanswered. I stood outside their reception door when I arrived to check in for seemed like an eternity, my knocks went unanswered. The fact that they were expecting guests did not matter to them. Having to go around the property asking for hot water was the worst! Who turns off their geyser when they have guests?
