Back to the roots

Tolle Unterkunft mit "Back to the roots" Faktor. Ofen anheizen für Warmwasser. Tolle überdachte Küche im Freien mit super Grillmöglichkeit. Supermarkt und Tankstelle gehört zum Camp. Sehr ruhig. Leider wegen schlechter Roads zu weit entfernt zum Sussusvlei. Sonst ist leider nicht viel in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Leider auch kein WLAN.

Amazing stay. Amazing views.

An oasis in the middle of the desert. This is a nice farm that is well run and provides all the facilities that you may need. Staff is helfull. The appartme t was cleand and comfortable. The views were great.

Good accomodation in the middle of no-where

Basic but comfortable rooms/chalets: with beds, en suite bathroom with shower/toilet, and kitchen stuff for preparing meals. Otherwise the kiosk/shop at the reception offers a range of food, and the fuel station in the middle of the desert is also a plus. But not TV, no WIFI, no fridge, no plugs for charging devices. But still a ood occasion for staying overnight on the road to Luderitz.

Un endroit parfait en pleine nature.

Un endroit étonnant, une sorte de Solitaire, mais en plus calme et moins sophistiqué, tout en restant très confortable. Bien situé pour la visite du château de Duwisib, à seulement 20km de là.

Bungalow spartano

Ho alloggiato in uno dei bungalow costituiti da una camera accogliente e da un bagno senza porta. La doccia a pavimento è piuttosto spartana, l'acqua calda è fornita da una stufa a legna che viene accesa al proprio arrivo. All'esterno c'è un terrazzino con lavandino e grazie al fornello a gas si può cucinare qualcosa. Sono fornite tutte le stoviglie. Al contrario di quanto dichiarato non c'è un ristorante ma solo un piccolo negozio di alimentari. L'elettricità viene tolta alle 9 per cui è bene dotarsi di lampada frontale per la notte ed il primo mattino. Assente il segnale WI-FI.

Nettes Camp mit traditionellen Bungalows

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider kein Kühlschrank. Warmwasser wird mit Holzöfen aufbereitet. Alles in allem ganz ordentlich. Abgesehen davon, gibt es dort keine Alternative.
