Top Malone Hotel Reviews

Spark by Hilton Dothan

10/10 Excellent

"We had to move out of our room at another hotel because it wasn't clean. So, we booked the Spark. I'd stayed at one in Michigan a few months earlier and was very happy. The Spark here in Dothan did not disappoint. We slept well and were comfortable through the night. If we ever have to come back, we'll go here first as the staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and above all, it was CLEAN!!!"

Quality Inn Marianna South

8/10 Good

"We stayed two nights while traveling during the hurricane weekend. While the room was clean the hotel as a whole needs some updating and a little TLC. The breakfast although minimal, had an “out of order” sign on the yogurt machine. (Why not just have individual cartons available?) We were thankful to be able to find lodging on such a short notice though. All that said I would give it a 7 out of 10."

Dothan National Golf Club and Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Honestly it was a good hotel for the price! The staff was amazing, especially considering that our stay was so last minute. We came in looking for a safe place during Isaias, and even though the lobby was closed originally, when we called ahead to see if they had any way to allow us to go ahead and book for the night, the gentleman was kind enough to leave what I can only assume was his own room to unlock the lobby and was willing to even help us book then. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but that was mostly because we were exhausted and slept through it. We did find out they have hot breakfast on the weekends! The carpet was a little gross feeling on my feet but I have sensory issues, so I just wore socks the whole time. Had a clean mini fridge and a clean microwave, and the bed was firm but fairly comfortable, and most importantly, CLEAN. From what I can tell it is an extended stay capable location, but everyone was quiet and respectful! overall a great spot. OH, also, even with the storm happening and parts of Dothan losing power, we only experienced a few flickers. Internet and power and water stayed allllll the way through the storm and after!"
