"A great property with a very welcoming host! We arrived very late (1am!), but the host greeted us and provided an overview of the room. On the first morning he also provided an overview of the kitchen.

"The hotel was clean, the view was great. The restaurant had great food and LIVE MUSIC! The mattress was a bit old and springy, but far from the worst. And one of the elevators was out of service which made going up and down to the 6th floor take a while. Short drive to the Maid of the Mist. Overall great stay. "

"The property was well appointed and had everything needed to make it a comfortable experience. Its proximity to the water was an added bonus. There was a loose paver at the front left of the sidewalk that needs repair and a stain on the couch which was very unappealing. However our overall stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. "Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning walk. Easy 20-30 minutes to the falls and other attractions we did while there. "
