"We wanted to stay on US side after traveling to Niagara on the Lake and Toronto in Canadian side on our return trip to catch flight home. Great location to see nighttime at the Falls, and enjoyed great dinner in Lewiston recommended by B&B. Very close to Whirlpool state park ( a must). Great BB for enjoying Niagara Falls/ park."

"My son had recently suffered an injury and was on crutches. They gave us an accessible room on the first floor and provided ice for him. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant seems nice as is the waterfront venue. Although we were told service would be severely delayed because of a private event. That was inconvenient because we chose the hotel because of the restaurant. That being said we found an amazing restaurant named griffon gastro pub. So we probably ended up better off. "

"My wife and I are helping our oldest and her husband move/drive across country- and we wanted to see Niagara Falls along the way. This started out as the perfect spot for convenience- but ended up impressing us all the more with all the thoughtful touches. Setting aside that our host was able to accommodate an early check in (thank you!), we loved the considerations like toothbrushes, water bottles, Rice Krispie treats, and slippers! We were able to pick up food from nearby and eat together at the room. The younger couple had the pull out couch bed, and said it was the most comfortable pull out they have ever experienced. Thank you to our hosts again, would highly recommend!"

"We spent the past weekend, Labor Day at the establishment. The room was ok, except there was trash in can in the Master bedroom. Also the grass needed to be cut, spider's and leaves on the porch.
Biggest problem was that we were NOT told where we needed to park. Because of that we were woke up in the middle of the night, very rudely by the upstairs tenant. Apparently we were parked in the wrong place and we needed to move immediately!!!!!
All in all I would NEVER recommend this for anyone and I would NEVER stay here again "
