Location is good. Over looking the sea, nice and easy stroll to the beach. Room was simple, clean and comfortable. Food was good and varied Staff were excellent - especially reception staff Tessy and the gentleman from Argentina who studied in Germany. Fantastic customer service from both

Sehr gutes Essen
Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage echt Top. Was mich am meisten überrascht hat war das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren geschmacklich wie auch von der Auswahl und Qualität weit über meinen Erwartungen an ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Ich werde auf jedenfall wieder kommen !!!

Food very tasty,great for families.all inclusive.I didn t like that during my stay(8days ),the lift had broken 3 times.the receptionist allow us to use the employee's one because we had a pushchair.

Amazing find in Majorca. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Food is plentiful and tasty. Both pools are lovely and maintained. Hotel is spotless. There unique selling point is the helpfulness of their staff, they go over and above to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Overall - good value.
Overall good value. Would stay again. Reception staff very welcoming. Restaurant staff could smile occasionally. WiFi was good except in restaurant.

Dear guest, thank you very much for your comments. The rules about the bikes are clear, allthough in this case you did not agree with us, in leaving your bike in the specific bike room instead of in the bedroom. The main reason, as we already explained, is because it limits the space of the room and because furniture can be damaged more than necessary, since unfortunately not everyone is equally careful with the property of others. However I thank you for understanding and agreed to leave the bike in the room enabled for it and I know that youe had no problems throughout the stay. Kind regards from Colonia de Sant Jordi.

Nice hotel close to beach lots of swim of points
Nice clean hotel in a good posision for beach and walking distance to shops and resturants.a lovely little train takes you to town and beach for people with mobility problems.very smooth run hotel.

Good welcome, nice clean bedroom - although bed was a little hard for my taste. The food was very good - some excellent choices - always with a freshly cooked straight off the pan option. There is now free public WiFi which is good too.

Amazing hotel!
Hotel was lovely just as pictured! We arrived late and the staff had saved food and drinks for us just incase we were hungry! It was so nice! The pool and beach was great we can't wait to go back!

Room - not 'Sea View'
We have stayed at this hotel a few times. We always book a 'Sea View' Room, and have never had a problem. However, on this occasion we booked a 'Sea View' room as usual, but on arrival was allocated a non sea view room - hotel admitted it was their error, but could not change us for the duration of our stay as the hotel was full. This was very disappointing. The reception staff were apologetic and we were eventually given a complimentary late check out and buffet meal on our final day in lieu - but no refund of the difference. Overall - it is a very good hotel to stay in - we have never had any problems with previous visits - and will quite likely use the hotel again - hopefully it was just an unfortunate error on this occasion.

This was the last stop of a trip around Mallorca. We were really pleased with the hotel & got a Seaview & triple family room with 3 single beds as booked. The hotel is well positioned & great to walk to the beautiful beaches. The hotel us very clean & well organised with a clear presence of managers. The restaurant was well run & the food very good. Our only negatives are; th unexpected costs for a fridge & sunbeds. The beds were so hard we woke up with hip pain & 1 very rude receptionist whose manner verged on aggressive.

Great stay in the Romantica
We were over at the annual Best Fest swimming week. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5min walk from the beach and also from the main promenade. About a 15min walk from the Port where there are more great restaurants. There is also a lovely pool and bar for the adults and a great kids pool for the smallies. The hotel is spotless, our room was always cleaned early and staff very helpful. We only stayed B&B but the breakfast buffet was great. Huge variety. There is a lovely coast walk that goes directly form the hotel to the Port with loads of stops along the way. The only thing I would say is that the walls are very thin but that's in every building over there and an architectural issue, not a hotel issue. The area is perfect for people wanting to train for Open water swimming or Triathlon. Be aware that you pay extra for safe/fridge/WiFi/beach towels but nothing expensive. Would recommend and hotel was great value with lovely views from most of the rooms

Perfect Location
I did not get the sea view room even I paid for it ! I could not get a sea view if I looked from my window. I got a partial view from the balcony if I looked left from my 4th floor. Food choice was enormous but the taste rather bland. Pork and beef dishes tested the same. Coffee from the machine was excellent !

Friendly welcome. A relaxing stay. Food was good, but not amazing - my table was cleared (inc drink) while I was up at the dessert bar. There was a 10 euro charge for WiFi :( - Overall it was good and would stay there again.

A wise choice
We had a lovely 5 nights at the Romantica 10th-15th September. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was the best I've known in a three star hotel. We went all-inclusive but there was none of this wine-in-plastic glasses nonsense. We were given a bottle of wine and a bottle of water with every meal and this was soon replaced if we needed a top-up. The reception staff are delightful and our main waiter, Rubén was incredibly attentive. I would thoroughly recommend this place given the pricing.

Hotel is in a nice location. Basic but great value for money. Room gets very warm as only fan in room but they do say this when booking. Receptionist Luis is fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating.

The place in close to very nice beaches and to a calm small nice village. The hotel is clean and the food is good. The hotel is just a little bit updated but I can see they are renewing some parts. The employees are very professional and nice with the customers. It absolutely worths the money

No sé si estar contenta o no.
Hemos tenido problemas con la habitación (no teníamos agua caliente en la ducha). Nos lo han solucionado de un día a otro. Bruno como Lola ( recepción) han estado muy atentos con nosotros por ellos un 10!. Por las molestias nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava. Durante 2 días, uno de los ascensores dejó de funcionar, por lo que era un problema poder subir y bajar, sobre todo con las maletas. La animación, menos el grupo cubano, bastante pobre. Los trabajadores del comedor y del bar de la piscina muy bien, muy simpáticos. Lo que nos disgusta son los horarios de las comidas. Pedimos picnic un día y fue lamentable. Que no tenga parking es un problema muy grande. En la zona es muy complicado aparcar.

Preis Leistung super! Hatten nur Frühstück. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, störte aber überhaupt nicht, da alles in Schuss und ordentlich war. Etwas wenig Plätze fürs Frühstück draußen, aber 1x hat es geklappt. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da Traumstrände in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wunderschöne Umgebung. An der Promenade allerdings kaum Lokale. Am Hafen alles was man braucht. Toller Kurztripp!!!

Nunca he tenido un trato tan excepcional con en este hotel!! La directora Feli todo un ejemplo a seguir, estado desde la mañana a la noche allí presente, atenta de sus clientes, haciendo recomendaciones, amable, atenta… en ningún hotel de los que he ido ha estado un@ director@ dando ejemplo. El personal muy bueno y amable, todos en general!! La comida fenomenal, muy buena calidad!! Hemos salido súper contentos y si vuelvo a Mallorca repetiré con ellos segurísimo!! Muchas gracias por todo a todo el equipo del hotel!!! Un abrazo de unos Madrileños!!

Ho soggiornato qui una settimana con il mio compagno soggiorno stupendo hotel stupendo comodo come posizione dove a piedi sul lungo mare vedi di quei tramonti mozzafiato e a piedi in 20 Min con calma arrivi al porto dove ci sono negozietti molto carini e ristornati... Ed è posizionato vicino ad alcune spiaggie più belle della zona come es trenc... Se si vuole passare una giornata diversa si può fare un escursione all' isola di cabrera con bagno nella grotta.. servizi ottimi alla sera c'è sempre qualche spettacolino se non si vuole uscire dall' hotel.. e dalla spiaggetta dell hotel con maschera vedi un sacco di bei pesciolini colorati e se si è fortunati anche qualche razza... Mangiare a buffet abbastanza buono e vario personale sempre cordiale e disponibile ci tornerò sicuramente

La posizione della struttura è ottima; super comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia.Personale molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi bisogno. Ho mangiato un eccellente paella infatti mi sono complimentata con lo Chef. In conclusione raccomando la struttura e sicuramente ci ritornerò.
