Have to say, we couldn’t fault the hotel. It’s was spotless, staff were so polite and helpful and it was walking distance to lots of restaurants, the beach and the marina. Would definitely come back.

Overall excellent stay, staff were amazing but could of had a few more menu options. It was the same menu for lunch and dinner. Food was great though!

We had a fabulous 5 night stay and would highly recommend Portals Hills. Loved everything about the hotel.. stylish rooms and decor, great views, really clean, lovely food and the most friendly and helpful staff. I can be fussy with hotels so often find some area that isn’t quite right but honestly could not fault this one in any way.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay and would highly recommend Portals Hills. Loved everything about the hotel.. stylish rooms and decor, great views, really clean, lovely food and the most friendly and helpful staff. First time at Portals Hills and would definitely return. All staff members went above and beyond to make you feel special. Close to many restaurants though some require a taxi.

Expensive for what it is. Very small property. Breakfast limited. Couldn’t get sun loungers one day as too busy. Couldn’t use half board on lunch (only hotel I have ever come across that won’t let you do that). Gym tiny. AC didn’t work in there one day so was unbearable. Very clean though. Rooms nice. Lunch was good, bar area nice.

Plainly put: this hotel is swank and in a very cool neighborhood... especially if you're trying to find an area more relaxed than Palma. The staff is all helpful and friendly, the pool and vistas are fantastic and the drinks and food are great. Our room was nice but there was just one thing that drove my wife and I nuts: at least in our room, the blinds/curtains don't close all of the way (the track on each side of the window goes from the edge of the room/window to about halfway to the middle. What all this means is that you're waking up at 7am every morning whether you like it or not. That aside, again, the service and property are stunning and I would absolutely go back and recommend to people.

Lovely hotel with great staff
Excellent boutique hotel in a quiet area but only a very short walk to the towncentre. The client definitely comes first as the service is supetb without being intrusive. We stayed for 3 nights then moved to another more experienced hotel for three more nights. Portals hill was easily the better one

Excellent hotel ..especially the first class service! Miami vibe decor. Breakfast was an added bonus. Immaculate throughout…loved the turndown service, fresh towels,water & toiletries. Easy 15 minute walk to the marina but a taxi back uphill.

I am very glad I chose Portals Hills Boutique Hotel for my vacation. I can't describe my satisfaction with everything I experienced during my stay. Staff and customer service is superior. Restaurant food and bar beverages were amazing. I can say my experience was unique and I would definitely chose this hotel every time I visit Mallorca again. All the staff were very helpful and friendly but huge and special thanks to Laura, Reto and Dominic for their welcoming and dedicated service.

If you like boutique hotels this is fab
Great hotel very modern and stylish. Expensive however I did read this in the reviews before I booked. There is no nightclub so ignore this on their website. Lacking in atmosphere in the bar area so don’t choose this hotel for any evening music or ambience. Pool area is really nice, it wasn’t too busy but I would imagine when it’s busy the pool is too small. We ate lunch there twice and really enjoyed it but as previous reviews have stated it’s expensive. The bedroom was very spacious and staff are really helpful and friendly. I would go again but perhaps out of season. Short walk to some lovely restaurants and the port which is around 15 mins away.

Fantastic hotel. Staff round the pool and in the restaurant were fab. Perfect place for couples to relax. We had an issue with our air conditioning which resulted in us having to change rooms. We asked to see the manager 3 times and this never happened despite her being on site which I feel is poor on the management side, especially in such a small hotel. All other staff staff couldn’t do enough. I would still recommend and return as this is a hidden gem!
