Amazing place to stay
The property was amazing, it had everything you needed , Which made the holiday so relaxing. The owners were lovely and welcoming and on arrival given us a traditional bake cake and a bottle of wine . The photo don’t do it justice and we would recommend this house to anyone .

Wonderful holiday in this fabulous villa
Spent a wonderful week at this fabulous villa. Immaculately clean, well equipped and really welcoming owners. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to return.

excellent villa close to Palma for a large company
Large and very clean villa with a view on Palma, having a car is a must as there are no shops / restaurants in close proximity. Very nice hosts, lots of welcome treats and information about Mallorca. Clean and large rooms and bathrooms, huge outdoor space with a pool and tennis court. Would definitely recommend for 2-3 families looking for an active holiday.

Everything we hoped for and more.
The accuracy of the information provided about the property was spot on. The booking process was easy. Communication with the agent was helpful and timely. The welcome from the owners was above friendly as they proudly showed us around their home. Spacious, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Everything you needed in the way of towels and kitchen equipment was provided. Very good WiFi. Very effective air conditioning. Excellent washing machine and dryer. Great clean pool and all the tennis equipment you need. Lots of fun things for young children with travel type cots, with bedding, and baby chairs provided (if requested) The owner has information pack which he goes through with you giving details of local area. A car is essential as there are no local shops or restaurants. However, the property is positioned in a quiet area offering spectacular views of Palma with some of the most beautiful sunsets on the island. We booked this villa for a special three generation family holiday. The villa made the holiday extra special. A big MUCHAS GRACIAS to Coloma and Andreu. We certainly hope to return in the future.

Fantastic villa with lovely views and exceptional sporting facilities
Very enjoyable family holiday - well equipped and spacious villa with luxurious furnishing through-out. We enjoyed playing tennis, football, volley-ball and using the gym, our grand-daughter, aged 2years, loved the play area with slide and swings and the pool. It was great to have most of our meals outside, many cooked on the excellent barbecue The villa is in a quiet residential area but a 20 min drive from airport and supermarkets. There are 2 excellent restaurants within a 15 min drive. There are lovely views over the sea and mountains and each night there were beautiful sunsets over the sea. The owner and manager were very helpful during booking the villa and on our arrival.

Lovely villa - made our stay in Mallorca so special
We spent a magical week in September at Andreu and Colloma's beautiful villa in Son Gual. This place has everything - tennis court, pool, gym, games room - and all in beautiful surroundings. The villa itself is really well laid out and has a fantastic décor, and there is an awful lot of space - we had 6 adults plus infant, but you could easily have two more couples staying here. Would strongly recommend booking this villa!

Tennisurlaub mit Familie
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Finca, haben die Finca aber nur zum einkaufen (20 Min entfernt) verlassen. Der Tennis-Sandplatz war in einem herausragenden Zustand und der Pool ist traumhaft. Die Aussicht über die Bucht von Palma ist herrlich, allerdings muss man je nach Windrichtung mit leichtem Fluglärm rechnen. Dafür gibt es auch immer was zu sehen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Es war einfach toll von Anfang die Gastgeber sind einfach super nett und aufmerksam. Wir sind begrüßt worden mit Wein und Kuchen. Danke dafür Andru und seiner Frau. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses war einfach toll und ließ nichts zu wünschen über, die Aussicht war einfach toll, nach einer Woche wurde das ganze Haus gereinigt und Andru hat Kuchen und süßes zum Frühstück mitgebracht einfach toll. Tolles Anwesen mit ausgezeichneten Sportmöglichkeiten
Ein super Urlaub. Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben umgehend bei Fragen/Problemen geholfen. Tennisplatz und Spielplatz wurden intensiv genutzt. Für den Pool war es aufgrund des Windes etwas zu frisch. Toller Ausblick, Lage etwas abgelegen aber mit Auto kein Problem. Gerne wieder!

Familienurlaub
Wir haben es genossen, mit unserer Familie 14 Tage in dieser überragend schönen Finca zu sein. Es war sehr beeindruckend, diese Größe und Weite zu erleben. Die Finca mit ihrem riesigen Gelände ist top gepflegt, der Garten allein ist schon ein Erlebnis. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. In der Küche gibt es 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Kapsel und Pulver), Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Dampfgarer, Backofen, Mixer und großer Kühlschrank mit großen Tiefkühlfach, Töpfe und Pfannen in jeder Größe , mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Wir hatten einen Showcooking- Service an einem Abend gebucht. Auch die Köche, die für uns gekocht haben, waren begeistert, wie die Küche ausgestattet ist. Außerdem war schon am ersten Tag alles da, was man noch so braucht (Waschmittel, Geschirrspültaps, saubere Lappen usw.) Am Samstag nach einer Woche kamen 4 Putzfrauen. Die komplette Bettwäsche und alle Handtücher wurden gewechselt, die Zimmer geputzt und aufgeräumt. Auch das hat uns positiv beeindruckt. Unser Gastgeber Andreu war immer für uns da. Wir wurden überaus freundlich begrüßt und auch verabschiedet. Son Gual ist ein kleiner Ort in der Nähe von Palma. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Im kleinen Laden im Ort gibt es nur das Notwendigste. Natürlich sieht und hört man die Flugzeuge vom nahe gelegenen Flughafen. Wir fanden es nicht störend. Wer absolute Ruhe möchte, ist hier fehl am Platz. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen „überragend, wunderschön, beeindruckend“ 100% Weiterempfehlung und nochmal vielen, vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber Andreu.

Schönes gepflegtes großzügiges Anwesen
Das gesamte Anwesen ist großzügig und es fehlt an nichts. Das Gebäude ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist eine schöne Location für einen Familienurlaub. Vielfältige Aktivitäten auf dem Grundstück sind möglich schwimmen Tennis spielen Billard und vieles mehr. Das großzügige Haus bietet vielfältige Aufenthaltsbereiche. Wunderschöne Finca in ruhiger Lage und tollem Anwesen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und die Gastgeber waren ebenfalls freundlich & hilfsbereit. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen
Wir haben eine Woche in der wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und verfügt über wirklich alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 1 Woche Urlaub gemacht. Wenige Mankos waren störend: Flugzeuge bei Start in unsere Richtung (sehr laut) , Türklinke waren an vielen Türen lose und der kleine Spielplatz (spielhaus) ist nicht mehr wirklich nutzbar. Alles andere war super. Wirklich tolles Haus mit schönem blich und hochwertiger Ausstattung.

Tolles Anwesen
Wir waren Ende September 2021 mit Kindern und Enkel in der Villa. Die Aussicht von dort auf die Bucht von Palma ist grandios. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind super, die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und darüberhinaus verfügt das Haus über alle Gerätschaften, die man benötigt. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig angelegt, der Pool ist super und der Tennisplatz in einem sehr guten Zustand. Bei der An- und Abreise klappte alles reibungslos und auch die Kommunikation mit fewo-direkt war einfach toll. Wir waren rundum begeistert und werden im nächsten Jahr wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Traumhafte Finca in perfekter Distanz zu Palma und einem unvergesslichen Ausblick
Es war alles perfekt. Wir waren mit 8 Freunden für eine Woche in der Finca. Die Finca selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war total sauber. Andreu und Coloma waren hervorragende und freundliche Gastgeber. Beim Check-in haben sie uns ausführlich alle Fragen über die Finca beantwortet und der Check-out war absolut reibungslos und sehr schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und ich kann diese Finca nur sehr empfehlen.

Fantastic accomodation and hospitality
We were welcomed by the owners in this fantastic villa - and they took all the time we needed to show us everything and give recommendations for shopping and restaurants etc. They even arranged a welcome package as we arrived quite late. The place itself is amazing, with plenty of acitivities available and everything you can possible want for a relaxing and active holiday.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einem wirklich toll ausgestatteten Haus. Es war nahezu perfekt. Nur der zu dieser Jahreszeit etwas zu kühle Pool war ein wenig schade. Die Vermieter Coloma und Andreu waren super freundlich und haben sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Tolles Haus mit großem Komfort
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige was gestört hat war die Einflugschneise. Hier sind startende Flugzeuge aber auch wesentlich lauter als landende Flugzeuge. Ansonsten war alles Top.

Sehr nette und großzügige Vermieter
Sehr schönes Haus und toller Ausblick. Super sauber. Wir werden wiederkommen. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern, z.B. die Terrassenbeleuchtung ist abends sehr dunkel, einige Terrassen/ Balkontüren gingen sehr schwer auf und manche Nachtischlampen hatten Stroboskopeffekt (?) Das kam uns etwas spanisch vor ;-)

We are glad to know that you liked the Villa and would like to come back! But we don't understand how you didn't tell us the first day of your stay that there was little light on the terrace ...we would have come the next morning to change them. You told us on the last day of your stay, at check out time, and upon knowing it, on the same day we exchanged them for new bulbs, as some of them had melted! I'm sorry but we don't understand what you mean ... Stroboskopeffekt (?) manche Nachtischlampen hatten Stroboskopeffekt (?) Das kam uns etwas spanisch vor ;-) It's the first time we hear that. Schöne Villa für bis zu 10 Personen
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet so viel, dass niemandem langweilig wird. Der Flugzeuglärm ist ein kleiner Wermutstropfen - ist aber bestimmt nur im August ein wenig ärgerlich.

Die Finca ist sehr schön. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch.
Die Verwaltung ist sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Die Inhaber sind unglaublich sympathisch und nett. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet. Alle Basics zum Kochen sind schon vorhanden.

Superschöne Villa mit Blick auf Palma

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Traumvilla
Wir ( 5 Paare) können uns nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen. Der Kontakt mit Humi (Vermittler)und auch mit Andreu und Coloma (Besitzer) war sehr gut. Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles genauso wie auf den Bildern und noch schöner. Der Blick von der Terasse ein Traum .Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. EinfachTop. Perfekte Urlaubswoche
Es war alles genau so, wie beschrieben. Einfach schön und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Wie wären gern noch eine Woche geblieben. Die administrative Abwicklung verlief auch ohne jegliche Probleme.

Wunderschönes Villa in Top Zustand

Einfach nur super
Sowohl der Betreuer der Finca Humi als auch die Besitzer Andreu & Coloma sind super freundlich und helfen gerne weiter. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Die Lage selbst ist sehr gut und man ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten in Palma. Manch einer könnte den Flughafen als störend empfinden, da muss man aber schon sehr empfindlich sein.

Wunderschöne Villa in Top Zustand
Wir waren mit 10 Leute für eine Woche in der Villa und sind total begeistert. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Anlage drum herum lassen keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß und man hat eine super Aussicht von der Terasse aus. Wir würden sofort wieder hin fahren!
