One of the most beautiful properties that I have stayed at. The people, food, calm ambiance is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone seeking the highest quality of stay with no need to lift a finger.

Hotel very clean good food and excellent staff . Beech is a lovely little cove clean white sand with a lovely little beech bar to one side.

A great stay as always, I think I have been six or maybe seven times now. The pillows could be better, and my showerhead was not right for the water pressure, but minor niggles. The location is stunning, such a sun trap.

Nice Place
Hotel was really enjoyable. Food (half board) really good. Rooms were totally adequate. Staff very friendly. Sun bed situation was not adequate considering by 4.30pm pool was in the shade.

Right next to the beach with beautiful turquoise sea views and a lovely beach cafe serving good food. We were there early May so the kitchen closed early which meant it was not practical for evening meal, which was a pity. The breakfast in the hotel was fabulous and the evening meal which we had in the hotel one night was also good.

Great short break
We spent 2 nights at the facility and everything was in line or beyond our expectations! Parking: very close, secure and with electric car charging facility Room: clean, spacious, comfortable and silent. Lovely view Swimming pool area and beach: really nice Staff: friendly and professional Thanks we had really a lovely time

This was a beautiful location on the beach and walkable to a fun little shopping eating district, as well as an easy walk to the Yacht Club area- we'd happily come again!

Keep looking there are much better places to stay
We were very disappointed with the hotel considering how much it cost us , our room was like a box room and our sea view was through the trees , the food was the worst ever , we cancelled our half board because we left the restaurant hungry on our first night , it was not clean in general, pool area was very unkept, location was the best thing about this hotel but it was not worth the money we paid

While the staff was very friendly, the actual hotel was not a 4 star hotel. The hallways were dark and narrow and the sheets and towels were scratchy. We had to ask for enough towels. Our room also smelled of smoke and although management tried to fix it, the smell remained

I was travelling with a group and was able to view various hotels in the area during my time and none of them rated as highly. Great place to stay, it’s on the beach & has private access, great beach bar, wonderful rooms and breakfast.

This might have been the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The views were amazing, I've never met a more professional staff, the room was very comfortable, everything was immaculately clean, the shower was great, the restaurants were great, easy parking. Hope I get to make it back here some day!

The hotel was perfectly located in a narrow bay with beach access. The bedroom was a good size as was the bathroom. The gymnasium was fit for holiday purpose. The pool sun terrace not too crowded. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The main area of dining in town starts a short 300 mtr walk away. All round, I had a most enjoyable stay.

The hotel is overpriced and extremely outdated. The ac in my room didn’t work and all my clothes got mildew. The fridge was leaking and even after talking to front desk they did not attempt to fix the issue. The shower had no hot water and the cleaners left all the wet towels on the floor. Photos online also do not reflect how ugly the rooms are inside. Sometimes service makes up for it, but in this case customer service was terrible/ non existing. I booked through Expedia and they told me to address any issues via Expedia first. Which I did and Expedia agent was very nice, but the hotel room two days to respond to Expedia and did not offer any resolution / refund for the last day, that I had booked but did not stay because I couldn’t handle sleeping in a humid smelly hotel room with sheets that felt damp and unclean.

Relaxing 4 day break
Lovely small hotel in idyllic setting. Perfect for a relaxing couples holiday. Everything you need in your doorstep but also lots to explore if you want to. Hotel has lots of character and has been updated retaining some of original characteristics. The beach bar below hotel is beautiful but service is lacking. We’d definitely stay again. Hotel should lose the fake flower arrangements on restaurant tables and in rooms, they really don’t fit in! Room (118) had lovely outlook over pool and beach. Breakfast decent quality, everything you need but nothing to get over excited about. Drinks in hotel bar fair price. Reception and cleaning staff very efficient. Best suited to couples in 35 + age group looking to relax 😌

Happy to go back.
Having gone at end of May, nice buzz without being too busy.Nice mix of age groups. Balcony rooms give that little bit of extra space and many staying on upper floors left doors open to enjoy the breeze and sounds of the sea.The hotel is steps away from the beach. If you can’t be bothered to make the short walk into town or move far from pool or beach the food on offer was freshly prepared and good. Lovely stay and will go back, hopefully soon

Beautiful property located in walking distance to the cute little area full of shopping and places to eat. The beach was on site with crystal clear water and nice sandy beach. Breakfast buffet was very nice as well. We would definitely go back!!

Great stay. Social distancing respected by the hotel with spacing of sunbeds and tables, whilst ensuring things were as normal as possible. Some things not quite on it as when we stayed in 2018, but not surprising as they were getting things back to normal.

Perfect location adjacent to a small beach, 2 minutes walk to the shopping and restaurants in the centre of Cala D’Or and a short walk to the Marina, yet the hotel is private and self-contained All the staff at the hotel were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good quality and range of facilities. Plentiful breakfast buffet with a wide selection of choices and good service times. The only “niggles” are that the outside space is a little compact and the sun beds are pretty cramped, whilst several pieces of equipment in the fitness room need servicing/repair in order to operate properly

Excellent location in a quiet sandy cove, but only a short walk to wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely heated pool. Melon kebabs and frozen towels at midday are a great idea. Very clean, tastefully decorated hotel with great staff. Breakfast coffee from machines is not great -would just prefer filter coffee. Will definitely return.
