The hotel offered self checkin. It was disturbing that the hotel had no staff during my stay. The TV remoto did not work nor did the coffee pot.

Great location and size of the room. It was new and well maintained. Since there is no reception, we had some difficulties checking in. Also, the bathroom has no door and is open plan with the bedroom.

Absolutely top hotel. Best location you can get. ,5 star standard. Right in city centre, close to everything. Tramuntana suite is excellent

The apartment was clean but it missed some important details, there was no hair dryer and no shampoo for the shower. It was not told beforehand so we were a little surprised. The kitchen/living room table was not very comfortable to use and one of the lamps was not working. On the other hand, the bedrooms were fine and the pillow was great!!

The location here is excellent, just north of the cathedral in the old town. The interior is finished to a high standard and the staff are really helpful. Some of the tv channels weren’t working but other than that a fantastic place to stay.

It has a great central location - easy walking distance to Cathedral and dozens of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean & modern. But being a small boutique, reception seems to be one woman who speaks excellent English. The outside door may be locked when you arrive. Just knock. Drop off is in the plaza. Walk about 120 ft down the pedestrianized street.

Incredible location, large suite
I stayed at Hotel Bosch with my two young kids last week. It was wonderful! The location can't be beat. We were in the Clasica suite, a 2-bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious and comfortably decorated. I appreciated that someone was available most of the day to assist with storing our bags (we arrived before check-in and wanted to sightsee), arrange for airport transfer, etc. When I had an after hours question, the phone was immediately answered and I was kindly helped. We would absolutely return here for a future trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma!

The room was very good and with plenty of space, the staff were very friendly and the location was excellent for exploring town on foot. A bus stop below the window means the sound of traffic continues into the evening but this is nothing exceptional given the central location. I would certainly return to the hotel. I'm very happy to recommend Bosch, especially for solo/couples/business trips.

Excellent location!!! Superb service!!!
Location and service were both top notch. Actually the service we received exceeded anything we have experienced before. On one day, I went and picked up a takeaway pizza for a snack from a nearby restaurant. A moment after I returned to our room, the reception person knocked our door and she handed over two plates and cutlery. I was blown away by this! We also tried both the restaurant and the bar downstairs - both were really good.

Amazing Central Apartment
Hotel Bosch is located in a fantastic part of Palma surrounded by a mix of fashion stores, restaurants & ice cream parlours. It’s a good 20 min walk to the nearest beach but a bus ride will take you to some beautiful coves. The accommodation we stayed in (Nordico) was spacious, clean & perfect for our visit to Palma. Kitchen was well equipped but you do need to bring a tea towel. Fantastic bathroom with bath & separate large shower & the air conditioning worked well. Many thanks to Dominique.

Perfect position
Our room was simple, spacious, comfortable and wonderfully quiet. The position of Bosch Suites in Palma couldn't be better for easy access to old town, the cathedral, Jaime III, buses, great restaurants and shopping!! The room still needs a couple of things like towel hooks and a dustbin - but in general it's in great condition and we wouldn't hesitate to go back :-)

A very central place to stay
The Bosch Suites is right in the heart of Palma, a fantastic area to stay. The room was spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and the bed was very comfortable, The bathroom was large and very clean, and when we met Domingo, he was friendly and very helpful.

Nice clean basic hotel in centre of Palma
Very convenient for all activities in city - free walking tour, cathedral, bus, hiring bikes and taxi back to airport. Bar Bosch very good food.

Fantastic Hotel and loacation.
We stayed in the Hotel Bosch apartments for 3 nights and wished it was for 4. The 1 bedroom apartment was fantastic as was the location. We will definitely stay their on our next visit to Palma. .

This Hotel is in a fantastic location once you know how to find it! There is no hotel name outside the hotel and we had to call to meet someone outside the hotel (which we couldn't find due to there being no name) We were taken up two flights of stairs to a first floor lift that took us up another two flights. The hotel had no reception which we only found out after booking. Javier met us and kindly took our luggage and said he would put in our room once ready. The room was very large and clean and had a lovely spacious bathroom. There was no security or room safe which we were uncomfortable about as anyone could have entered our room. There was no air conditioning in the room although the box was there, we emailed to ask how to control the temperature in the bedroom as it was extremely hot at night and unbearable causing a lack of sleep. We emailed Javier but he evaded our question about temperature control. The room had a private terrace with two chairs which was lovely however not private as overlooked by other room windows. The room was not cleaned in the three nights we were there and no change of towels offered. This hotel is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as there is not a lift from the ground floor.The hotel is still being completed with works still ongoing with workman and a staff entrance to the Bosch Bar within the hotel also worrying with the lack of security offered. Great Location, poor facilities unfortunately.

We really liked our stay at Bosch Boutique in Palma. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The room was big and our bathroom was great as well. Perfect location for a city visit in Palma. We can recommend this hotel to everyone. This hotel was one of the best ones we stayed at during sightseeing trips. Would go again.

A gem in Palma
We had the Borne room. The room is spaceous and with a nice ambience. The bed was absolutely amazing. Best hotel bed ever. A small balcony overlooking the square. Even though the hotel is situated on one of the busiest squares in Palma, the noise in the room from the street was not a problem. We had a problem with the aircondition and it was fixed immediately. Will definately recommend this hotel.
