Great hotel for families. Great swimming pools and entertainment during the day. Beach, Shops and restaurants on door step and more lovely beach side restaurants within 5 min walk.

The holiday was perfect! The staff were every helpful! Couldn’t do enough for you! Very very clean! Large selection on foods, right on the beach front! Everything you could think of was in walking distance! Took a little while to check in when we first got there but after that was all good! Had a little issue with the room door sticking spoke to one of the cleaners, she ran off found the maintenance guys and was fixed within 20 mins! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The hotel is generally good. We selected the half board option. It has a very unusual and unpleasant policy: drink and coffee all free for the breakfast, but not free for the dinner. We had to pay 2.40 Euro for even a single small glass of water! This should be indicated clearly on the web.

Nice family-friendly hotel, with well-organized activities for both kids and adults. Food is good. Very close to the beach. Will definitely come back again!

+ close to beautiful beach with sea safe for young children and shops and a few restaurants Nice pools one with small slides for up to 12s Food excellent Rooms spacious with very effective air con. Excellent Mexican restaurant one meal included in package - All staff speak to you in German Impossible to get a sun bed around pools unless you lay your towels down very early in morning Queuing system in restaurant is shocking and a lot of people push in No drinks included in full board in evening not even water which was €2 a bottle. Map of hotel and club very confusing and staff unable to explain. We never found the gym! Guests very noisy at night and cleaners very noisy in morning so sleep not great.

Lovely family hotel
Lovely family hotel! Lots of content for the little ones- pools, slides, playground in the sand, mini club etc. 2min walk to the lovely beach, great food and all the other guests were families too so nobody cared if your child was fussy or crying as everyone was the same! Apartments are nice, clean and spacious, though bathrooms could do with a bit of renovation. The hotel is bungalow type with 2 floors and there are no lifts which can be tricky when you have to carry the buggy upstairs, though our 2-year old enjoyed going up and down the stairs! Overall would definitely recommend to families!

Nice location, great ocean view from our room. Overall we had a good experience. The room was large enough for our family of 4. The biggest complaint would be the A/C not working well at night. The room would get very hot making it hard to rest. Food was marginal. Abundance of families with small children.

Lovely hotel, steps from the beach!
Lovely apartments in a very good location. Steps from the beach, bars and restaurants. Close to neighbouring towns like Cala millor. Go by bike, walk, horse & cart or by bus. Cleaners were fab and cleaned our rooms most days, no complaints here at all, Massive balcony areas, perfect for larger families and loads with sea views. Majorca we found expensive, so keep this in mind. Three large swimming pools, good amount of sun beds around them all. The beach was outstanding. Didn't need sun beds. Crystal clear waters which was fab. We went the first week in October 2017, weather 23-24 degrees, everything still open.

Good hotel right on the beach
Nice hotel, the staff were very helpful. Our room overlooked the beach, room was spacious and clean. Beach was lovely and clean. Choice of pools at the hotel was good just be prepared to get up early and claim a pool lounger before they all get taken. The hotel was centrally located with plenty of restaurants, bars and 'Spars'. We were B&B and there was a good choice for breakfast the AI option looked good as well. Would definitely recommend hotel.

Quiet hotel, next to beach
We stayed 4 nights and were very comfortable, the only niggle was that the aircon was centrally controlled and went off at midnight. Luckily it wasn't unbearable. We arrived at 4.00am thanks to a delayed flight, but there was food and a bottle of water in the fridge for us. Food was plentiful, fresh and with good variety. Didn't really see much of the entertainment, but enjoyed the evening guitar player. Beach was very close by and never felt overcrowded. If you don't mind a 15-20 minute amble to S'Illiot the sunbed and parasol hire is €2cheaper per item! Would return for another stay.

Great hotel on the beach!
This was our second trip to Mallorca and this was a great hotel to enjoy our experience! It was conveniently located on the beach and close to the Castle, S'illot, Cala Millor, and some great restaurants. It also had an offsite gym facility (just two blocks away); although, I would recommend streamlining the gym usage validation process...as I was heavily questioned both days that I attended the facility, but worked out the confusion. It is also a very kid friendly hotel that offers plenty of activities for both adults and children (i.e. Water Zumba, live music, etc.). We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant at the facility, but it always appeared to be full of people. We will definitely stay here again next summer!

2 minute walk to a lovely beach
Stayed as a bed and breakfast guest. Our apartment was away from the main complex so a short walk to the restaurant. Staff were very helpful and worked incredibly hard. Food was fresh, good variety and plentiful. Four swimming pools to choose from, no problem getting a sunbed. Beach is excellent although with the exchange rates being so low at the moment, cost of 2 sunbeds and an umbrella is approx £16 a day. The whole resort is very family orientated Will be returning later in the year.

Place is well run and maintained. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Safe so kids can run around with minimal supervision Even their water park (waters not deep at all) has a designated lifeguard! Will definitely come again

Stayed for a mates wedding. Good location, stayed in block 20. Pool was near other blocks but we didn't plan to use it. 2 min walk or less to the beach. Clean, kitchen well equipped. Bed firm but comfortable. Stayed on top floor, no lift so probably better for families to stay lower level, we were on third floor.

Wonderful hotel for all children by beach
Superb hotel, great food and drinks, small pool for toddlers and babies, other pools great for all ages and right in front of the beach. Rooms are good sizes and pleasant.

I thought we had booked the adults only hotel. Turns out we were booked at the 'club' hotel which are self-catering apartments. Without the amenities of a hotel our stay was nice, but not ideal. Book I through expedia was a mistake in hindsight.

+ Great location on the front line, beautiful garden well taken care of, good free WI-FI, liked the breakfast, huge territory, friendly stuff, we arrived after 11 pm and were very greatful to find some food left for us in the room's fridge. - Daily room cleaning needs improvement, no replacement of shampoo and shower gel during the stay, no door locks on the bathroom and badroom doors, the checking us out receiptionist showed no attention (maybe beacause of 4 am)

Apartments recht alt, vermutlich zuletzt in den 90 er Jahren saniert. Feucht und klamm. Dementsprechend auch leicht unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung. Würde nicht nochmal buchen.
