"My mother and I stayed in this hotel for a brief layover from the Jeddah airport. The man at reception was very kind and accommodating, and we were in our room within minutes. The room didn't have towels, and it took over an hour to get towels, but other than that it was fine. It was a very comfortable bed and the A/C worked great.
