3 star hotel, or less
This should be 3* hotel or less. - they need 3x more employees at least - they don't serve drinks anywhere, except for hotel bar (there was 1 waiter with broken arm for the whole hotel) - ordered room service and waited 1 hour for 2 drinks - the pool bar and grill is closed in the peak season - I feel like I was thirsty all the time in this hotel, there is nobody to serve you - only 1 small shampoo and shower gel for 2 people, they don't bring new ones daily - toilette glasses weren't cleaned in 6 days - staff is not friendly (waiters have this angry look and I feel like they hated serving us) - the male part of the reception is not ok. - very poor selection in the mini bar (a couple of drinks, mostly 2 of the same kind, 1 chips 1 milka) - lack of staff (often no fresh towels in hotels public toilet) - you can hear very loud sound every time a room above you showers or flush the toilet (very loud sound) - View from the balcony was on public toilets a few meters away - room was cleaned very late in the day so I had to get fresh towels in the reception every day - Asked waiter if he could bring us drinks to outside "wellness" area, he said NO and that I cant take them either - much and much more I even told all this to the hotel manager and nothing was being done about any of these things. This should NOT be a 5***** hotel. I am very very disappointed with the whole experience and I will never return to Riva hotel.

Dear guest, I, like the hotel Management, can understand that we are a newly opened hotel and some very small issues have to be organised and improved, but have to strongly disagree and simply do not understand your unsatisfaction of your stay in Luxury Hotel Riva! I am terribly sorry that you believe all male employees were "unfriendly or looked at you the wrong way", but am glad that you liked the female staff in the hotel. Have to state that nowhere is it written that we have a pool bar opened, and as clarified before, our a'la carte restaurant is opened for any snacks from 12:00, and our lobby bar for drinks, and there are situated only one floor down from our swimming pools. The policy in the hotel for all our guests is that no drinks or food are allowed in the SPA lounge area, and we kindly ask them to obey these rules. Since you booked our Deluxe double room with side sea view, you got our room with a side view of the sea and on the beach where, truthfully told there is a public toilete, but it is not something the hotel placed, and those are the facilities that are neccessary in the vicinity of the beach. But, if you wanted a room with direct sea view, or a bigger room type, try booking it next time, not to expect a room upgrade. The housekeeping cleaned your room daily, except in the case when you placed a Do Not Disturb sign. I have checked the lock log, and the ladies from the housekeeping that cleaned your room assured me they did the daily cleaning routine to your room same as in all the other rooms, refilled the shampoos etc. I am just terribly sorry that you did not like your stay in Luxury Hotel Riva, unlike almost 98% of other guests (which you can clearly see just by looking at all the other reviews), and sincerely hope that you will enjoy your next holiday in some other hotel. High spec but could improve
High spec property, nice gym and pool/spa facilities and spacious rooms with large balconies and great views. Could be extraordinary 5-star hotel but it seems the owner/management has decided to staff it very lean, particularly the wait staff in restaurant who could benefit greatly from additional support. We found the way in which breakfast tables are allocated bizarre - each table on the large patio has a room number and they ask you to sit where your number is (randomly) locates. Very strange, particularly as restaurant had very few people in it when we had our early breakfast. This type of system is not part of a five star experience and must change.

Hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Top Hotel sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl es hat für jeden was. Die wellness Anlage mit Saunas,Pools und Anwendungen Spa ist Top. Entspannte Tage in Kroatien.

Fantastisk hotel
Ganske enkelt et fantastisk hotel hele vejen igennem.. Super wellness og sauna afd. Roof top spa og finsk sauna.. Super mad til prisen.. Dog er der ikke så meget strand, men det opvejes af en dejlig inden og udendørs pool..
