The property is also popular for its sea view and its quiet hillside location. Your holiday apartment offers 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads over an external stair directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 sunloungers. Kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Masons. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
