Malinska. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed forest property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.
