"Was not clear in the description that the building is actually divided into 3 units. We booked the 3 bedrooms only to realise it's upstairs. And is a big con for a disabled visitor. The flight up is okay but imagine if you can't climb up the stairs! Each bedroom had their tiny individual shower rooms. No hooks for hanging clothes, very tiny space for putting toiletries, or none at all. Had to put on the floor or on the toilet seat. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Kitchen is new and clean. We...

We didn't cook. No dish washing machine and no dryer. We did use the washing machine that took forever to spin dry. Heater was working well. Was very warm towards the end of the stay. Living room is very small with large dated sofas... There are 3 of us, so it was enough for us, but a bit claustrophobic. Big con for me: no windows to look out and admire the beautiful view unless I stand next to window or bedroom or on a ladder. Location is hard to find when it is dark. Please print the map out before travelling there because there is no 4G, not even H, and no phone signal! It is in the middle of nowhere. I was lucky I caught some signal to get my location while we were searching for the house when it was dark. We didn't know who to call anyway if we had gotten lost - no prior communication with the owners. Pros: quiet and stunning location for those who love nature."

Owen Tucker View House

8/10 Good

"The property was very clean and would suit 2/3 couples or a larger family. The only drawback is the small garden, but with such gorgeous beaches a short drive away we didn't worry too much about not being able to access outside space. We really enjoyed the close proximity to amenities in Ardara, as the wee town has a number of pubs, cafes and shops all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Ardara - we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed everything the area has to offer, including the waterfalls, caves, cliffs and beaches."

The Snug-2Bed Apt sleeps 4 with fab sea views directly on the Wild Atlantic Way

10/10 Excellent

"Had a short break there. Good central place for touring. Lovely views at the back, easy parking. Comfortable place. Steep stairs to upper flat so not good for those with mobility issues. Ground floor flat would be fine."

Cosy 1bed Pet Friendly Garden Apt on the Wild Atlantic Way in South Donegal

10/10 Excellent

"Comfortable apartment in a great location. Very quiet and great pubs nearby. Short drive to stores, beaches, and points of interest. Would highly recommend. Really enjoyed the fireplace. Beautiful views from the apartment and nice sitting area outside."
