Beautiful property. Very relaxing. There was some highway noise at night. Hot tub was not very hot (more like a small heated pool), but still lovely and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious.

Team was friendly, very helpful and welcoming, property is beautiful, breakfast is delish. Some things to note: It is not close to town, so, consider you´ll have to hire transportation if you are not driving. It is surrounded by nature, so especially during rainy season, you might find bugs here and there. Also, there are three different arches in Malinalco, so make sure you refer to the ones closest to the property as the ones with the Nieves (Ice cream) the one with the image of a man. Malinalco is a beautiful, underrated place. Hopefully its collective transportation infrastructure will progress so more people can enjoy of its enchantment.

Un hotel que ofrece relajación y desconexión

Es un lugar de total relajación, no hay wifi ni tv en los cuartos, lo cual puede ser un inconveniente al principio, pero después se convierte en algo muy bueno para desconectarse. Los alimentos fueron muy buenos, los masajes también, y el jacuzzi fue relajante. No es barato, pero tampoco es caro, es aceptable. La chimenea en cada terraza es un gran detalle. Todos son muy amables.

Un hotel esmerado en buen servicio

Un hotel con muy buen servicio y Esmeralda. Atención las instalaciones en general Limpias, pero creo que le falta tamaño a las habitaciones y un poco más de iluminación. El hotel cuenta con un Pequeño jacuzzi, el cual está perfecto para relajarse

Todo había estado muy bien : los desayunos y cena deliciosos, el personal muy muy atento y al pendiente de nosotros, el agua caliente del jacuzzi... Al principio no salía agua caliente en nuestra suite suficiente para bañarse dos personas, pero el problema fue solucionado. Lo que NO me gustó fue que al final nos cobraron los extras con una cantidad general.. nunca nos enseñaron los precios unitarios de nada.. sólo una lista de lo que habíamos consumido... No existe una carta ni menú con precios.. No hay WiFi en toda la propiedad, sólo rn 1 lugar lejano del jardín. Nos quedamos en la Suite grande y la habitación linda, pero muuy básica, no hay closet ni donde colgar ni las toallas.. Aun así, SÍ regresaríamos.

Un lugar con un entorno de montañas muy agradable . Muy limpio, con muchos detalles lindos, el personal muy amable , al pendiente de las necesidades del huésped y de hacerle pasar una muuuy agradable estancia . El desayuno es muy rico , camas deliciosas Me parece un poco caro y aunque en general es un lugar tranquilo en el que se puede ir a descansar , hay cierto ruido , normal para estar en el paso de la carretera a Chalma En carro en realidad queda muy cerca el comercio y los restaurantes
