My husband and I speak mainly English and a little Spanish, and the staff was so kind and willing to help us with all of our needs and questions when we got lost and confused. I recommend this place to everyone who are looking for peace, quiet, and kindness.

We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help. We woke up during the night and could smell the sewage. The place was ok other than the terrible smell, There was no TV, Wi-Fi, or microwave in our room.
