    Residence Garden is located high above the town of Malcesine in complete peace and yet close to the action!

    The elegant and newly renovated apartment offers on approximately 55m² 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a bright living room withcomfortable sofa bed, stunning lake views and balcony with built-in BBQ.

    Residence Garden has a beautiful heated outdoor pool with a large panoramic terrace (garden furniture and loungers are available), a ping-pong table and table football.

    The complex is nestled between flowering Olander at about 500mt above the lake. By car you are in 5 minutes in the center of Malcesine. From the complex, you can walk on the panoramic road to Malcesine or Brenzone or take other excursions on Monte Baldo.

    Air conditioning, satellite TV, Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, oven, parking on the premises (free of charge).
