"Easy parking outside the property for free. Nice swimming pool and they gave towels for pool when we asked. Nice big spacious room with outside space. There were no options for food at the property but we walked to pizzeria nearby which was less than 5 mins walk, there is also a large supermarket nearby. Only downside was the apartment was not cleaned and we stayed for 5 nights. There was also a charge for the baby cot but that seems standard in Italy "

"Very warm friendly check in and explanation of everything. Gorgeous setting, close to the motorway but in a quiet peaceful location surrounded by vineyards. Food great, standard room authentic and nice"

"Great location from the lake about 50m walk. Where there is beach area. Little shop on site with everything you would need, fresh bread and pastries every morning. A short walk from the main town which has restaurant's and cocktail bars. Bus, train and ferry all short walk"

"Well before you check in make sure you drive as it’s a treck to go to centre very limited public transport and 20min ruffly ride in taxi will cost you 25 euros. Also was disappointed that no restaurant or bar within facilities as they were closed due to Italy holidays. That wasn’t mentioned after I booked. My room was spacious and clean. They only provide water no coffee or tea as that classed as a lodge. The socket in a bedroom to charge not working as it wouldn’t fit inside had to charge my phone in bathroom where’s hairdryer. Lady Camilla is lovely although I thought someone be always at the property to greet any time. But again due to Holliday they aren’t there so had to wait. The shower chain needs to be changed as looks too tired. Also there no need two beds in room as I managed to injure myself. Air conditioning it’s not good never cool enough. Apart of that lady was helpful and did showed me and guided me where was what."

"We had a most marvelous time at the house! Everything was just as advertised and we enjoyed the tranquility of the area. The house was spotless and our hosts were wonderful and quick to help us with anything! We loved the property and are thankful for Massimo and his family for making us feel so welcomed! "Outstanding property surrounded by vineyards only minutes from Lake Garda. This was a perfect place for our group of 10, consisting of three families with teenagers. The host was responsive and helpful, even going beyond the normal services to tidy up and bring us fresh croissants every day! They did everything to make us feel welcome. The property is beautiful with all of the modern conveniences you could ask for. We all had plenty of room and it felt very private. The location gives you easy access to the Lake Garda area and we spent most of our time there making easy day trips to the towns and villages that surround the lake. I highly recommend this property.
